M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded cruhsed stone aggregate) upto 1.5m clear span as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth including filling the joints with bitumineous mastic complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (factory made/ factory fabricated) medium duty (10MT MD-10) with M-30 grade of concrete suitably reinforced with strong vibrating compaction by vibratory table protected with suitably mild steel flat iron on outer side of cover conforming to IS-12592:2002 (Part-I & 2) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes /drain covers etc), shelves and similar articles (shape and size as directed) with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement and MS work will be measured and paid separately)

S&F mild steel framed work as in manhole cover frames conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick grade-4 (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 Sqm (600x600mm) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including roughening of old concrete surface and a layer of neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 8-9mm thick grade-4 (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 Sqm (600x600mm) as in vertical surface such as dado/ skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) to recieve tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for returning filling in any type of soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick incl well ramming and watering as required of earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rubber moulded factory made coloured glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade (ISI marked), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors & pigments including and over 25mm thick sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Design/ shade of rubber moulded precast concrete paver block shall be as approved by GE/ Engr-in-Charge.)
