S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based AZ 150 trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material including dismantling of old unserviceable existing AC/CGI sheet complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley gutter or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including dismantling of old unserviceable existing AC/CGI sheet complete in all respect as specified and directed. (The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet).

S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based AZ 150 plain steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in eves covering or of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer over mild steel flats, angles etc. and screws for fixing with framed structure including dismantling of old unserviceable existing AC/CGI sheet complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Note:- MS work shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping, of grid size 600 x 600 mm comprising of wall/ cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35 mm and corss tee of size 24x38x0.70 mm with 4 mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4 mm thick decorative pre-painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/ wooden truss of any type including dismantling of existing false ceiling boards, including dismantling of old unserviceable existing false ceiling sheet complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A including dismantling of old unserviceable complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads using second class wrought HW sec area exc 13 Sqcm but not exc 25 Sqcm including taking down of framed work including dismantling of old unserviceable complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as foundation filling and mass concrete for post including demplition of old unserviceable PCC work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete chequered tiles with grey cement and pigment 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 including demplition of old unserviceable tile work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F  for 55-60mm thick coloured, glazed pre coated  interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for river bed fine sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.
