Supply 16 Mtr. High Mast, 3,3 shaft thickness in two sections, Top A/F 150, Bottom A/F 360, Base Plate 520 (O/D)x25 dimension as per manufacture design to suitable for wind speed 180 Km/hr. as per IS:875 with the head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 no. 200W led flood light fixtures lightning finial along with the other accessories like double drum SWLwinch, 5mm diameter 2 Rope system 304 Grade SS wire rope, PVC trailing cable 5cx2.5 sq mm, connector, integral power tool motor, with Plug socket PVC Board, Torque Limitor, manual handle, junction box, Flexible wire 3cx1.5 sq m m for internal wiring of luminaries, Bottom JB, 32 Amp 4 Pole MCB, 4cx16 sq. mm Al XLPE armoured cable from feeder pillar to high mast base for power connection, 3cx2.5 sq mm Cu cable for motor connection A) The material grade of the shaft shall be S355JO/JR as per BSEN 10025 or Equivalent IS: 2062 grade E350 (BR) B) The materials grade of the Base Plate shall be E250(BR) as per IS:2062 C) Galvanization as per BSEN ISO:1461 Make Bajaj/Valmont/Transrail

Supply of 8 No. M30X 850 “I” foundation bolts as per EN8 Grade (TS-600) manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.

Supply of LED Single Dome Aviation Lamp (Make - Bajaj Model BG AV 302 or equivalent to Transrail / Philips / Crompton make).

Supply of 200 W LED Flood Light, Lumen Efficacy>120, CRI>70, CCT-5700K, IP- 66, Aluminum Dia Cast Housing, with secondary Lens, Potted driver. Inbuild Surge Protection 4 KV Internal & 10 KV external LM 79 Report should be provided from NABL Lab, 5 Years Warranty (Make – Bajaj Model No. GLEAM _G F 240L WH NB-A5 PC SD and equivalent model of Phillips (Signify) / K-Light)

Construction of suitable Shallow foundation for 16 Mtr. High Mast with M-25 grade concrete for solar mini mast considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour and payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC.

Supply and of outdoor type feeder pillar (suitable size) fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA sheets & finished with 2 coats of red-oxide primer & grey enamel paint. The feeder pillar comprises 415 V, 32 A TPN MCB as an incomer, single digital/analogue dial clock time switch, 415 V, 25 A TP contractor for automatic switching of luminaries, 2 nos. 9 A contactors, raise & lower push button, provision to accommodate incoming 4 core 25/16 sq. mm. PVC/A cable and outgoing 4 core 16 sq. mm & 3 core 2.5 sq. mm. cable.

Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 16 Mtr. Mast and Feeder Pillar by using lifting equipment like Hydra etc. and fixing and wiring of Luminaires with 3 Core x 2.5 sq mm copper flexible cable, 32 Amp 4 Pole MCBc etc. with necessary arrangement with labour cost.

Supplying and fixing 415 V, 32 A TPN SFU (Make: L&T/Havells/ABB) with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. [4(a)/D-3]

Supply of 1.1 kV Gr. 4 Core 25 sq. mm. XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cables [Make - Polycab/ Finolex/ Havells/ Universal].

Laying of 4 core 25 sq. mm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2x10 SWG GI (Hot-Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [2(b)/F-1]

Laying of 4 core 25 sq. mm cables after cutting floor/pavement/wall and making holes including embedding the cable at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement / wall and mending well the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. [5(i)/F-3]

Laying of one no. 4 core 25 sq. mm cable in underground trench of 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring the surface duly rammed [1(a)/F-2]

S & F of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 core 25 sq. mm XLPE/PVC armoured cables. [7(c)/F-4]

Finishing the end of 4 core 25 sq. mm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. [8(b)(xii)/F-5]

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil. [1(a)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (Tata Medium), 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [5(d)/G-3]
