REJUVENATION OF KUMBAKURICHI KULAM MI TANK AT KUMBAKURICHI IN SETHURAPATTI PANCHAYAT in Manikandam Union Clearing the Scrub jungle

Earth work in all soils except Medium rock/hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods,sectioning extra complete.

Repairs the Sluice-1 Pointing the RR Masonry with cement mortar 1:3 mix including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 sqm.

Chipping of Plastering in brick Masonry wherever cracks occur including all labour and other incidental charges etc. complete

Plastering with cm 1:4 mix (one cement and four sand) to 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

White Washing of two coats with best quality of approved shell lime including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc complete

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of 50 mm dia screw Rod made up M.S. round duly mechined and fully threaded to suit the head set assembly and Provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the Screw rod to the work site. Fixing the Screw rod to the shutter Guest Plate with Req Bolt and nuts in proper allignment to the head set including Dismantiling the existing damaged Screw Rod Conveying and stocking the section store The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, Labours, Charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipements, conveyance Charges for labour and others including all other taxes etc, complete

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of head set assembly medium duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50 kg) made up of cast Iron including moulding machining and the hexagonal nut threading to suit the screw rod providing with the threast bearing for smmoth operation. Conveying and leading the Head Set assemply to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the tob beam by using required bolt and nut in proper allignment including dismantiling the existing damaged head set assembly conveying and stocking at section store. The head set Assembly supplyed with operating key and the both should be painting with two coat of AC block Paint over one coat of redoxide primer. The rate including the cost of materials labours, Charges for Wooden Pattern Mouding and charges for all maching equipements conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc complete.

Purchase & Fixing the Gueset plate for hold the wooden plug fabricated 8mm M.S. plate including fabrication of 40x40 mm 'L' angle with 32 mm dia of length welded with 3/4 in bolt with plate rod etc., complete

Purchase & Fixing after reshaping country wood into plug cost including machinery to conocal shap fixing with guest plate etc. complete.

Purchase and fixing bottom catch plate for the wooden plug 6mm M.S. plate 10mm dia with fabrication and fixing the wooden plug etc. complete.

Provision of Cut Stone Slab laid in Cm 1:3 mix of 10mm thick including all charges etc. complete.
