Supply and fixing surface mounted LED batten 4 feet long, 20 Watt comprises of Poly carbonate housing, integrated electronic driver, diffuser etc. and all accessories pre-wired three core copper conductor cable including connecting up suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing surface mounted LED batten 2 feet long, 10 Watt comprises of poly carbonate housing, integrated electronic driver, diffuser etc. and all accessories pre-wired three core copper conductor cable including connecting up suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Decorative wall light fixture made up of polycarbonate comprises of high efficiency diffuser and all accessories pre-wired including and connecting with 1x9 watt LED lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED building security light fitting 25 watts protection comprises of a pressure die cast aluminium housing, polycarbonate cover, high power LED with lenses, 10KV built-in-surge protection, electronic driver, etc. and all accessories pre-wired including connecting up with PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core as required for connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED bulk head luminaries, with lamp holders and 1x9 watt LED lamp etc. complete with all accessories and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable with suitable size of 230 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm including 20 mm PVC conduit/casing capping all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for fixing switches/sockets/regulators etc. cut to suitable size, cutting holes for fixing switches, regulators, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down DB, sheet metal plug box of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB double door made of sheet steel phosphates, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and rail double door type TPN 415 volts 4 way fixed concealed / recessed having IP-43 protection including cement mortar 1:3 for making good to disturbed surface to match with existing surface including colouring complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing TPN DB, 4way, 415V, IP 43 double door made of sheet metal steel enclosure powder coated with provision of 4P, including125 Amps, MCCB as incomer and MCBs as out going with copper bus bar, all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T Cat Part No DBVTL004DD or equivalent.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB 20 Amps single pole having breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for inspecting all ceiling fans including down rod, S or D hook, tightening of screws, nut and bolts, safety pins, and checking of capacitor, any other loose parts, replacing burnt wires, wrapping all joints with insulation tape complete and DBs including tightening of screws, MCBs, any other loose parts, replacing burnt wires, wrapping all joints with insulation tape and checking & cleaning of all switch boards/ ceiling rose wire connection tightening etc. registering details all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Two /three ceiling fans in a dwelling unit. (ii) Common DB / individual DB of each Qtrs shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of up to 20 mm size ISI marked PVC casing capping including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 25 mm size ISI marked PVC casing capping including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 32 mm size ISI marked PVC casing capping including all fittings and fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket etc.) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings, lamp holder etc. re-fixing removed fittings and making good the disturbed surface of wall to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring surface type with single core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including ISI marked PVC casing capping not less than 25 mm width with its accessories, and fixed in existing sunken boxes and covered with new 3.00 mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for fixing switches/sockets/regulators etc.for the following:-

One light point /ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one switch

One 5 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one switch.

`-Ditto- all as per item No 48 above but with cable 2.5 sqmm including 2.5 sqmm cable as earth wire for 15/16 amp socket.

Material and Labour for point wiring in existing conduit/PVC casing capping concealed or surface type with PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable for earth continuity wire to be drawn through existing PVC conduit/casing capping and fixed in existing sunken boxes and covered with new 3.0mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for switches/sockets/regulators etc. for the following:-

One light point /ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one switch.

One 5 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one switch.

`-Ditto- all as per item No 50 above but with cable 2.5 sqmm including 2.5 sqmm cable as earth wire for 15/16 amp socket.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring surface type with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts, grade (FRLS) and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor drawn through and including suitable size ISI marked PVC casing capping with all necessary accessories such as bends, tees, elbows etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC casing capping with all necessary accessories shall be measured as one length).

Material and Labour for sub main wiring surface type with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts, grade (FRLS) and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor drawn through and including suitable size ISI marked PVC rigid conduit with all necessary accessories such as bends, junction boxes, tees, elbows etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm continuity earth wire and one run of PVC conduit with all necessary accessories shall be measured as one length).

Material and Labour for sub main wiring in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit/casing capping with two runs of single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts, grade (FRLS) and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for earth continuity complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm continuity earth wire shall be measured as one length).

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 200 mm x 150 mm x 50 mm deep all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 175 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm deep all as specified and as directed.
