M&L for preventive and comprehensive maintenance of central AC chiller Plant of capacity 3x150 TR semihermatic screw chillers type Model – LCWX2-0525D through the OEM of M/S Blue Star or authorized service dealer of M/S Blue Star (As per MOU) for following plants and equipments by servicing/replacing and descaling of chiller plant any type of spare parts as and when required related to micro processor unit control modules of the plant, semihermatic screw compressors, evaporators, expansion valves, water cooled condensers, oil cooler, oil pipings, oil filters, refrigerant pipings, refrigerant filters, solenoid and automatic control valves, AHU Control panel cleaning and washing existing qty etc for under mentioned models of Make - Blue Star, complete with the following all as specified and directed : - [a] WC R134a DX Semihermatic screw chillers Model LCWX2-0525D – 3 x 150 TR capacity including the operations specified in Annexure I to this BOQ/Schedule `A'. Note:-Spare parts required for repair/replacement will be measured and paid in relevent items of SL No -2 here in after.

Disconnecting the defective monoblock pump set from the system, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the electric motor of capacity 20 HP 3 Phase 415 volts and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enemelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size, varnishing and drying complete, reassembling with pump, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed. Note:Dead flanges with nuts, washers and gaskets etc shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall deemed to included the cost of the same.

Disconnecting the defective monoblock pump set of capacity 20 HP, from the system, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the pump and removing defective/worn out parts like ball bearings, impeller nut, gland packing shaft sleeves, GM bushes, gaskets set, GM impeller and reassembling the pump by replacing the unserviceable parts with new ones, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed. Note – (a) Cost of spares shall be measured and paid under relevant item of Sch ‘A’ (b) Cost of minor spares like washers, grease, cotton waste, gasket set, gland packing etc shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted and shall not be paid extra.

Disconnecting mechanically and electrically cooling tower fan motor from the system, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the electric motor and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enemelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size varnishing and drying complete, reassembling, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make, transporting to site and re-fixing at original position, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed for 10 HP 415 volts 3 phase AC induction motor of any make complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but FLP motor 2 HP capacity, 1430 RPM of 1200 CFM capacity AHU.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but FLP motor 7.5 HP capacity, 1430 RPM of 8500 CFM capacity AHU.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but FLP motor 10 HP capacity, 1430 RPM of 10000 CFM capacity AHU.

Taking out the defective pump set along with motor from the water circulating system of hot water generator by disconnecting electrically and machanically, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the same to remove burnt out windings and defective parts, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire including all insulating materials all as per existing, varnishing/ drying etc complete and replacing the bearings/ bushes as per existing size, replacing the pump impeller, reassembling the same, shifting to original site, reconnecting electricity and mechanically and testing for proper working all as directed for 23 USGPM @ 20 mtr head, capacity 3 phase 415 volts pump set of any make.

M&L for remetalling / machining work for shaft of centrifugal pump set 20 HP capacity complete including grinding, polishing and matching to required size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gun metal impeller suitable for 20 HP capacity centrifugal pump set all as per existing model and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only shaft sleeves suitable for 20 HP capacity centrifugal pump set all as per existing model and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only gun metal bushes suitable for 20 HP capacity centrifugal pump set all as per existing model and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the defective pump set alongwith motor from the AHU by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the same to remove burnt out windings and defective parts, rewinding the motor with super enemelled copper winding wire incl all insulating materials all as per existing, varnishing/drying etc complete and replacing the bearings/bushes as per existing size replacing the pump impeller, reassembling the same shifting to original site, reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed for the 0.25 HP 230 volts SP 2780 RPM.

All as per Item No.17 here-in-before but 0.50 HP 230 volts SP 2780 RPM.

Taking out the defective humidity fire pumping set of cap 0.25 HP set alongwith motor from the AHU by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the same to remove burnt out windings and defective parts, rewinding the motor with super enemelled copper winding wire incl all insulating materials all as per existing, varnishing/drying etc complete and replacing the bearings/bushes as per existing size replacing the pump impeller, reassembling the same shifting to original site, reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed for the 0.25 HP 230 volts SP 2780 RPM.

Supply and replacing oil tight limit switch Model No.TLS-100-0 complete all as specified. Make Takmec or equivalent.

Supply and replacing pressure gauge round type size 0-150 Psi complete all as specified and as directed. Make : GURU/WAAREE/BAUMER
