Preparation of Detailed Project Report for Landslide Intervention structure at Khaliyar (Mandi Town) in Tehsil Sadar by Conducting a Drone Survey utilizing a UAV with Drone camera having a min resolution of 20 MP or higher quality with a high-end surveying drone for 15 x 15 meter grid, equipped with RTK /PPK from a height of 80100 meters. Capturing data with 60% image overlap and with prior DGCA / statutory permission. These sophisticated tools can deliver high ground sampling distance horizontal & vertical accuracy should be 10 cm & 15 cm respectively. (For preparation of plans of built-up areas Upto 5 sq.km.). The DPR also includes the assessment of slope stability, evaluation of retrogression and progression of the landslide zone, logging of soil/rock strata, classification of geological materials, assessment of suitability of proposed mitigation measures, and recommending appropriate structural and non-structural interventions for stabilization of the slope and submitting detailed project report etc. Whole proposal shall be marked on the contour plan at readable scale with L-section & X-sections at Susceptible sites of khad and submit with the detailed cost estimation, preparation of damage report and hydraulic design of structures, drawings of structures proposed etc. as per HP JSV guidelines to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Terms and conditions

The work should be executed as per PWD/JSV specifications and to the entire satisfactions of the Engineer-in Charge.

The Work shall be carried out as per JSV/PWD Specification & prevailing norms of Department.

The work should be completed in the stipulated period.

The rates should be inclusive with GST and carriage

1% labour cess will be deducted from the bill of the contractor.

GST as applicable will be borne by the contractor.

The contractor shall supply 3 copies of each PPR & DPR duly book binded with coloured drawing.

The consultant should be registered with HPJSV in appropriate class & have the experience in survey and investigation works and preparation of DPRs.

The Bidder shall visit the site of work & satisfy himself about the site conditions prior to submission of the tender. A scanned copy of the Site Visit Certificate, duly signed by the concerned A.E / J.E. must be uploaded with the tender documents, falling which the tender shall be rejected outright.

The survey work shall be done as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

80 % of payment will be released on submission of DPR and remaining 20 % will be released after approval of DPR from the competent authority.
