Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying cables / pipes etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in soils complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance exceeding 250M and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply installation testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated nonshielded Air port lighting cable 5000 V grade 06 Sqmm single core with stranded copper conductor, armored including connecting up with air port lighting conductors , laying through 50 mm dia HDPE /GI pipe all as per Airport lighting ICAO standard all as directed at site all as specified and as directed. Make: Ankur Technocrats (Aloke cable) /M/S RR Kabel/M/S Polycab Pvt.Ltd Note: The HDPE/GI pipe , earth work excavation and connected work shall be measured separately.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of CI transformer Hosing Box 330 mm dia x 450 mm height with wall thickness 15 mm on the top and 10 mm for all other sides. One hole 50 mm dia for cable entry, suitable for fixing light fitting on the top Including necessary excavation and earthwork, Cement concrete surrounding the transformer Housing Appx 150 mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- AMA/ Deepak Metal / Ambika Note: The area of cement concrete shall be as directed by the manufacturer.

Supply and laying in trenches /floors , 50mm dia high density pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 Kgf/cm2 including all fittings and jointing material including dismantling paved tiles and refixing the same , making good the distrubed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed . Supply and laying 50mm dia GI pipe ,medium grade including all fittings in trenches /floors ( for cable crossing taxiway )etc complete all as specified and directed . (Make: Tata /Jindal/ Zenith).

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 5 KV Grade, primary connector kit set, suitable for 6 sq mm single airfield lighting cable etc complete all as specified and directed . Make: AMA / Elfa /Bildal

Supply installation testing and commission of 5 KV Grade, series isolation transformer, 15W 6.6A/6.6A etc complete all as specified and directed . Make: AMA / Creative trading company /Bildal

Supply installation testing and commissioning of ALED Elevated , Omni directional taxi way edge fitting with Blue Lens, 1 W Blue Led, Breakable Coupling , Base plate with Gasket, SS Bolt set etc complete all as specified and directed . Make: AMA /MEANS/3D/Vardhaman

Supplying and laying 6 SWG GI wire Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as requiredetc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply installation testing and commissioning of indoor type asper OEM/Manufacturer 4 KW constant current regulator with 6.6 A output,thyrister control with monitoring (FAA L-829),input supply voltage 240 Volt AC +/- 10 %,maximum input current 19 A,Single phase ,50 Hz ,16 Bit microprocessor built in soft start,remote reset capacity ,over current protection,open circuit protection lightning protection etc complete all as specified and as directed. M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x6.00 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 4.50 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 8(SWG) upto length 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete. Note : The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complete earth work in any type of soil. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 for chamber,RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for cover slab 50 mm thick, reinforced with XPM jally , necessary form work, handle, charcoal dust 20mm dia GI medium grade for watering and 40mm dia GI med grade earth lead protection pipes with funnel and wire mesh all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 volts graded cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core all as specified and as directed.. Note:- (i)All the work under the subject tender shall be executed through a MAFI qualified firm. An MOU in this effect shall be submitted within three weeks of acceptance of contract. The work shall not be allowed to commence without submission of MOU. Non submission of MOU with in the prescribed time shall constitute sufficient ground for cancellation of contract. (ii) Necessary prior permission from CIAL for execution of work shall be obtained by the contractor and rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Safty and protection of existing under ground air field utilities during execution is under the responsibility of contractor without any extra cost to department.
