SERVICING, OVERHAULING & TESTING OF OLTC OF CTR MAKE OF 25 MVA TRANSFORMER AS MENTIONED BELOW:-
Servicing, Overhauling & Testing of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 25 MVA Transformer as per below details: OLTC Make : CTR Type: GQ-16 The broad scope of Servicing, Overhauling & Testing job included but not limited to followings: 1. Visual Inspection of OLTC 2. Disassembly of OLTC after draining oil thorough checking 3. Removal of top cover and internal inspection of PTR 4. Cleaning of all fixed & moving contacts 5. Removal of dust particles 6. Servicing of Mechanical Assembly 7. Lubrication to all moving parts 8. Checking of wiring for electrical circuitry, 9. Replacement of spares 10. Testing & Pre-commissioning check on the transformer as per IS: 2026 11. Re-assembly & Re-commissioning The Job is required to be carried out as per relevant standards and manufacturer’s maintenance manual and as advised by HBL Engineer.
