Providing and fixing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frames 10cm diameter bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embedded in cement concrete block 30x30x15cm in C.C. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggragate 20mm niminal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excluding cost of form work includiing all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with M.S flasts square or rounded bars with rounded headed bolts and nuts or by screws plain grills. including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing &fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron 3.15 mm M.S.gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Applying a priming coat over new steel and steel based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering and knotting, ready mixed paint brushing red lead , red oxide/ zink oxide chrome including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and steel based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including clearing of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand paper and stopping:- with ready mixed paint other than white, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

15 mm cement plastering in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering up to chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mmin in girth and finished even and smooth in C.M.1:6 (1Cement:6 Sand)
