M&L for point wiring in PVC casing caping with 1.5 Sqmm size multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqm including clamps, screws guttier/plug etc PVC unsheathed cable into and including wooden board with bakelite sheet and PVC insulated FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor for One light point/fan point/Ex fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down unserviceable burnt compressor, supply and fixing scroll type new compressor of existing unit make suitable for 1.5/ 2 TR air cooled split type unit and rectify the control wiring defects if any, connecting back all controls and refrigerant piping after necessary modification as required for system, pressure testing with nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 300 PSI Kg/sq.cm for minimum 08 hours vaccumising, gas charging, commissioning and checking the performance of the system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for servicing AC, blower of any capacity by opening of entire split type AC and cleaning of all the parts & removing dust, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and replacing old and defective reverse valve unit of same model amd make suitable for 1.5/2 TR capacity split type units, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and replacing old and defective PCB card for indoor unit of same model and make suitable for 1.5/2 TR capacity split type units, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L in repairs for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire of 4 mm dia (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia at 150mm c/c in both ways as reinforcement, watering funnel, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge and tested on completion.
