Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and block walling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc 1.0 sqm each.

S & F second class hard wood as in plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35 mm thick second class softwood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkatcomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 35 mm thick second class soft wood Glazed and skeleton shutters for doors, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with out mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of door shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 25 mm thick second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters for window/ ventilators, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with out mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of door shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b) fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube 47x47mm (19 gauge) all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fit-ted in the MS. frame welded/sealed to the stles & rals with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing n the frame at side as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S. Framed work such as grills grating, framed guard bars, railings etc, with ends of bars sholdered and / or riveted into spikes, all as directed.

S & F Galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.63 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with wooden beading fixed by nails complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Butt hinges 100mm, medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old Mild steel work in wind ties, including securing bolts, drilling holes etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side laps fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement LED bulk head 10 Watt with PDC aluminium housing and milky diffuser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Integrated Batten T5 box type surface mouted, (1x18 Watt) prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED Integrated Batten with Polycarbonate housing, surface mounted, (1x9 Watt) prewired including electric electrical connection with PVC insulated twin twisted copper wire of size 0.75 Sqmm from ceiling rose to tube light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 dully reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty round cable with PVC insulated aluminiuum conductor served with an inner sheating of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspention wire one twin core 10 sqmm solid conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 2x6 Sqmm, of code Red for Phase,Black For Neutral & Green For Earth concealed in wall and drawn in with and including PVC conduit along with 6 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi stranded cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down of old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and as directed. (Note -: 1. Three runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. 2. Cost of cutting chasing and making good of surface shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate.
