Removal of a layer of block insulation and layer of firebricks, burner blocks carefully with out disturbing the mechancial supports & catalyst tubes from east and west wall of the inner surface of the Main cracker furnace( Dimensions of each wall Width 9.312 xHeight 12.573 ) inclusive of erection & dismantling of scaffolding, shifting of removed bricks to designated place in the plant site.
Cleaning inside surface of the crackerfurnace,.assistance for welding and installing damaged metallic components like anchors, hooks, supports plates etc., and application of Heat resistant painting on clean surface inside the furnace after cleaning inner surface with wire brush, emery paper etc.( Metallic components and welder and other welding consumables with welding machine for welding will be provided by the department).Re-Lining a layer of block insulation and layer of firebricks on long walls( both east and west) innner surface of the Main cracker furnace( Dimensions of each wall Width 9.312 xHeight 12.573 ), fixing of new burner block sets inclusive of erection & dismantling of scaffolding, as per the technical specifications and orginal approved drawings.
Supply and Apply of Heat Resistant Zircon based thermal resistant refractory coating( Zircoat) which includes removal of old lining , new coating over total inner area inclusive of floor area, top roof, duct and superheater area of Main cracker.
Supply and Apply of heat resistant zircon based thermal resistant coating ( Zircoat) which includes removal of old zircoat layer and and applying new coating over entire area of Mini Cracker
Patch up refractory work which includes removal of old insulation pads, refractory bricks, castables, peep hole blocks, man hole blocks and re-lining with new insulation pads, castables, peep hole blocks, man hole blocks and refractory bricks in Mini / Main cracker.Relining of peep hole block and man hole block castable cover. Removal of peep hole blocks and man hole blocks and installing new peep hole and man hole blocks.
Erection of scaffolding, removal of old burner block bricks in the mini cracker furnace and fixing with the new burner blocks. Rectification and the patch up of surrounding bricks if any damage occured during this work..
