Providing and fitting of 7.5 HP DOL type starter three phase of Havells/ Crompton Greaves/Reputed make for D.C office residence for 5HP mono block pumping unit.

Dismantling of 250HP, 1484 RPM three phase induction motor of lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-II from the respective base frame by way of opening of foundation bolts and disassembling of TC-rubber tyre coupling with the help of skilled labour, other tools & tackles. The job includes dragging of induction motor to loading site, loading in private vehicle and shifting it to the workshop for necessary repairs. The job also includes the charge for shifting of motor back to site and testing on full load.

Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator-rotor assembly. The job includes extraction of damaged windings from the slots of stator.

Complete rewinding of stator coils of copper wire of standard size and quality. Providing and fitting of insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps and latheride paper etc. Varnishing of the windings using good quality varnish. The job includes heat treatment process using conventional method

Reassembling of the stator rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the windings. The job includes refitting of motor at the site to ensure proper alignment with pump and tested on full load

Providing and fitting of NU319C3 cylindrical roller bearing of SKF/Reputed make.

Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% weight of copper winding
