Repairs and resurfacing of the existing C.C blocks Pavement with B.T surface from fishing harbour junction to GCB RFID gate in Port area

Removing C.C. Blocks in pavements carefully without damaging the blocks and reuse the same wherever necessary including removing the mortar joints around block and stacking them within a lead of 50 m. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Removing the muck, spillage material and any other materials on roads, road side berms and over bridges including removing vegetation and in-equalities upto 75mm depth and disposal of removed material up to a lead of 50m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam as per specification including premixing the material with water at OMC, in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete, All labour and material (Ref. page no 110 of SR NO.4.12/406 of Standard data book of MoRTH's specificatons for road and bridge works.)

Providing prime coat 7.50kg /10m2 for surfaces of Low pososity over granular base with Bituminous material etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of bituminous material.

Providing tack coat on normal bituminous surfaces cement concrete pavement @ 2.50 kg / 10m2 with bitumen emulsion RS grade as per IRC specification including scrapping the old surface, cleaning, spraying emulsion etc., complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of emulsion.

Providing dense bituminous macadam Grading 1 or 2 using 4.25% bitumen 60 / 70 and 2% port land cement filler hot-mix hot-laid base or binder course as per clause 507 of MoRT & H's specifications for Road and Bridge works including heating and mixing of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and binder in hot mix plant, transporting the premix to site of work by tipper truck and laying with paver finisher, rolling etc, as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete all labour and materials

Providing bituminous concrete (asphalt concrete) Grading 1 or 2 using 5% bitumen 60 / 70 and 3% portland cement filler hot-mix hot-laid wearing course as per Clause 509 of MoRT & H's specifications for Road and Bridge works, including heating and mixing of coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and binder in hot-mix plant, transporting the premix to site of work by tipper truck and laying with paver-finisher, rolling etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Dismantling RCC/PCC to the required lines and levels by using mechanical equipment of jack hammer including necessary compressor equipment, cutting bits, fuel operator charges, tools etc., or any other equipment machinery and removing the debirs with a lead of 50m including cutting the reinforcement bars and stacking the useful materials, handing over the bars to stores etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Plain Cement Concrete M 30 mix using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position,alternate panels, vibrating or tamping, finishing, curing including necessary form work (boxing) etc., as required. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. All labour and materials.

RCC M-30 for pre-cast units using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing, curing, cost of super plasticizer etc., including necessary boxing as required, transportation to any where in Port area by lorry or other means upto and including 5 KM. lead handling, loading, unloading by Mechanical means (i.e. by crane) lifting and placing in position etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, placing and maintaining in position ribbed tor steel or mild steel reinforcing bars varying from 6mm to 40 mm dia. including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 guage (1.22mm dia.) including cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Thermoplastic road marking as per section 803 of MoRTH ,speed breakers,zebra crossings over road and turning points, as required and as dircted by the Engineer-in-Charge,complete. All Labour and materials.

SIGNAGE SYSTEM Supplying and fixing road signage fixtures (as per IRC standards and specifications) on finished black top surface and road kerbs including sign boards etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge complete. All labour and materials.
