Dismantling of different H.P. 2800/2900/3000 RPM submersible motors removing old burnt out coil from slots carefully, segregating all the parts, washing and cleaning the same thoroughly for verification of serviceable and unserviceable parts as per direction of Engineer –In-Charge.(v) 25 H.P. Submersible motor.

(a) Rewinding of different H.P. 3 Phase 410-440 Volts,50 Hz,2/4 poles submersible motor of different make with PVC insulated copper winding wire (1mm to 2mm nom. dia) as per IS 8783,1995, part 4 sec. 1 (Finolex INCABE make to be approved before use) as provided by the motor manufacturer including supplying fitting and fixing fire proof fibre chips on slots for keeping winding wires in position, taped by using water proof tape of 660 volts grade with main cable and fitted with water tight compound by using steel grip tape and vulcanized rubber tape by heating ,changing thrust plate, ball retained and ball all including supplying fitting, fixing rings circlips for thrust plate, ball fixing rings circlips for thrust plate, water sealing , diaphragm, bush bearing etc. complete as per direction E.I.C. e) 25 H.P, - 3 Phase 410-440 Volts, 50 Hz - 2 Pole, 37 Amps. Labour charge for rewinding, water proofing, fitting and fixing fire proof fibre on slots for keeping winding wires in position . Taped by using water proof tape of 660 volts grade with main cable and fitted tight compound by using steel grip tape and vulacanised rubber tape by heating as per direction of E.I.C.

Repairing of damaged motor shaft by metalling with electric welding and turning properly to house in the bearing space and coupling side teeth and also rectifying the dynamic balance of the rotor to its original allignment to avoid any viabration all complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying fitting & fixing the winding protector on both sides (Top&Bottom)

Supplying, fitting & fixing the bush bearing for motor in place of damaged as per approval and direction of the E.I.C. For 20HP & Above Motor. a) Top for Motor
