RequiredAvailability of Key technical persons.

RequiredAMC warranty non blacklist and agree to supply as per technical specification mentioned in this bid the bidder must submit this affidavit on Rs 100 Stamp papers.

RequiredCopy of Litigation history. The bidder should furnish self declaration on Non Judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- for any litigation and criminal activities.

RequiredProof of manufacturing facility of the OEM: GPS photos of manufacturing unit with location to be attached. List of machinery available to be attached. Also Factory visit shall also be conducted by concern authorities to validate the claim
