Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT Cable and stay assembly and in other situation not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HVP, type-1 with peak, size 300X180X40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class LV, type-1 with peak, size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply, Installationg, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operater triple switch ( GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carried and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage + 5% to -10 with tappings at every 2.5 % all as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014 , With Latest Amendment) Level-2, for Transformer manufacturing and all as per IS 2026 for Transformer Testing, Energy Efficiency Level – 2 of capacity 200 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling (oil confirming to IS 335 and ISI Mark) complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 80mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Clamps. Nuts bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit , LT 1.1 KV, earthed system, (heat shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core 1.1 KV grade earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit , LT 11 KV, earthed system (heat shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 120-150 sqmm, 3.5 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arrestor, expulsion type, suitable for 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work, using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, exceeding 6mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken bricks filling of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each not.exceeding 0.5 cu mtr, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 5 to 10mm and length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4 / 5mm dia galvanised mild steel wire chain link fencing of mesh size 50 to 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with and including MS binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plate girder or single stanchions built up of one beam or channel, section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets,cleats and other connections (Mild steel flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and painting on MS work etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips 10mm dia round bars confirming to Fe 500/550 D as in stiffeners to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing on load change over switch with sheet steel enclosure 415V, 4 pole, 400 Amps capacity fixed on walls for electric supply distribution between main and DG set incl necessary connection of cables from LT panels to change over switches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged HT poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long), conforming to IS-1678 and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint marking five numbers alternate black and white strips of 30cm height each from coping of the pole, complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) weasel/ squirrel conductor, including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
