Amount

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil ,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all asspecified and directed.

Taking down existing, galvanized steel tubing, 32 mm bore, of any grade,in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc,including all fittings, complete all as directed.

Taking down existing, galvanized steel tubing, 40 mm bore, of any grade,in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc,including all fittings, complete all as directed.

Taking down existing, galvanized steel tubing, 50 mm bore, of any grade, in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc,including all fittings, complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable, U/G cables, 1100 Volts grade from trenches/ducts/ poles etc of size 10 Sq. mm 2 Core complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable, U/G cables, 1100 Volts grade from trenches/ducts/ poles etc of size 16 Sq. mm 4 Core complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable, U/G cables, 1100 Volts grade from trenches/ducts/ poles etc of size 25 Sq. mm 4 Core complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable, U/G cables, 1100 Volts grade from trenches/ducts/ poles etc of size 35 Sq. mm 3 ½ Core complete all as directed.

Disconnecting of incoming, outgoing cables and earthing lead and taking down carefully existing unserviceable LT Feeder Pillar-Box/Panel/Busbar Enclosure with all accessories, including removing unserviceable cubicle with accessories from site, complete all as directed.

Horizontal boring of holes, under road/ pavement / hard standing etc.,not exceeding 10 Metres in length, in any type of soil, suitable for passing through upto 50 mm bore, galvanised steel tubing,complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chase for pass through cable protection pipe ,etc.in existing plain cement concrete pavement/hardstanding/aprons etc. and making good, cutting in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C1(using 20 mm graded aggregate),exceeding 20 cm but not exc 50 cm girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in dry sand in cable trenches before and after the cables are laid, as in sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’, bricks, in cable trenches, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying old serviceable bricks, in cable trenches, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Old Serviceable bricks obtained from taking out vide BOQ/Schedule-A Serial Item No. 7 to 10 here in before shall be re-used.

Supply and Laying galvanized steel tubing, 32 mm bore, light grade, in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc, for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

[Kit No.EPKJ 0130 of Make 'Raychem' or equivalent Model of Make M-Seal/3M]

Materials and Labour for,street light bracket arm made out of 25 mm bore, medium grade, galvanized steel tubing 1.50 M long bent to shape required and two pairs of FI clamps made out of FI 25 mm X 3 mm, with nuts bolts washer suitable for fixing the bracket arm to top of steel/PSC pole,including taking down existing unserviceable street light bracket,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,street light bracket arm made out of 40 mm bore, medium grade, galvanized steel tubing 1.50 M long bent to shape required and two pairs of FI clamps made out of FI 40 mm X 5 mm, with nuts bolts washer suitable for fixing the bracket arm to top of steel/PSC pole,including taking down existing unserviceable street light bracket,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe,PVC insulated, sheathed, unarmored multi stranded copper conductor cable, 3 core, 1.5 Sq mm size,1100 Volts grade, in connection to street light/flood light fittings from control box,including taking down existing unserviceable cable,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, Cable Junction Box, IP66 ‘halogen free and weather proof’, size 155 mm (W) x 210 mm (H) x 92 mm (D), with knock outs for cable entry for cable size 10-16 sq mm, all as per Cat No. KF 1616 B of Make “Hensel” or equivalent Model of Make ‘Sintex Industries Ltd’/'C&S Electric Ltd',fixed to wall/ pole with suitable FI clamp 20 X 3 mm, nuts, bolts and washers, including provision of 15 Amps,4 pole,open bakelite terminal block connector and including including provision of suitable cable lugs and glands for two nos. incoming and one no. outgoing cable connections,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs, miniature circuit breaker (MCBs) triple pole & neutral, 415 Volts, 10KA, 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed. [Cat No. BB40630C of Make L&T or equivalent Model of Make Schneider/Seimens]

Fixing Only in repairs,LED street light fittings, 30/45/60/70/72 Watts,single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing and secondary optics,individual LEDs,intregrated driver,surge protection,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- LED street light fittings will be issued under Schedule -B as " Free for Fixing"

Fixing Only in repairs,LED foodlight luminaire,100/150/200 Watts,with pressure die-cast aluminium housings,control gear compartment, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with toughened glass,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- LED foodlight luminaire will be issued under Schedule -B as " Free for Fixing"

Supply and Fix in repairs, LED post top light fittings, 60 Watts,CCT 5700°K,Power Factor >95%, AC input voltage 120V-277V,surge protection 5 KV, with aluminium alloy powder coated housing and aluminium bright anodised housing, opal polycarbonate diffuser and degree of protection IP-65, complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting electrical connections,taking down carefully existing unserviceable LED street light fitting and LED flood light luminaries from pole/building/watch tower/sunshelter etc. dismantling of parts,replacement of unserviceable spares as required, reassebling after repairing/replacement of the same and re-fixing in the original position,reconnection of electrical connections,testing and commissioning,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares will be measured and paid for sepeerately under respective items of this BOQ.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia.
