Civil Works:

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In cement mortar

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion: Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): a) With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 9mm thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides completed as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge

Supply and Installation of Anutone Subtex Nubby / Armstrong Ultima Bev Edge or Equivalent , square edge, Glassfibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having density 100-120Kgs/m3, weight 1.5-1.8kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick and 15mm wide pre coated metal T15 grid system.The T15 Grid system of 600x600mm module shall include wall angle (WA15W30) with unequal flanges of size 14&20mm wide, length 3000mm, 0.43mm thick fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the Main T15 (MT15W36) having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm from the soffit with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm c/c. Cross T15 (CT15W12) having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 1200mm is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the direction perpendicular to the Main T15. Finally Cross T15 (CT15W06) having flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 600mm are then interlocked into the pre cut slots in the 1200mm Cross T15 at 1200mm centers and in direction parallel to the Main T15. a) Tile of size 595x595x15mm thick shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind panels are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. Technical Parameters Core - Glassfibre, Fire - Class 1 & P, Acoustics - NRC 0.7- 0.9

Supply and installation of Anutone / Armstrong Subtex shapes hexgonal/Circle as specified by Engineer in-charge or equivalent brand of size 1200 dia 30mm ,FR Grade, which are having glassfibre core, textured finish and are fully encapsulated. Panels are having density 100-120kgs/m3 and weight 3-3.6kg/m2. Each cloud is to be fixed with 4 sets of accessories containing spring hooks, levelling clip and hanger wires. Springs to be rotated and anchored at back of each panel at four points to hold the panel stable. Supplied hanger wires to be first dropped from the beam/slab/truss to desired height with suitable cleats/anchor bolts. shapes panels are then suspended using spring hooks and hanger wires and levelled into position with supplied levelling clips. Technical Parameters : Fire (Class) - 1 & P, Acoustics.

Supply and installation of Anutone Synth Slim / Armstrong Optra Fabric Wrapped Wall Panneling or equivalent brand , polyfibre panels, core-pigmented, high-density, SynthPF rigid panels of size as per manufacture installed by using Strut framework system. The Strut framework systems includes Strut CC25 Cross Channel having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600mm c/c. Strand, Square edge, Magnesite bonded pinewood fibre core tiles of size 600x2400x20mm, density 400 kgs/m3, weight 8kg/m2 are fastened to Strut CC25 Cross channel with suitable fasteners. Longer edges of the panel should be perpendicular to Strut CC25 Cross Channel. Synth Slim Panels are then adhered to strand behind with stick S7 adhesive. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill SynthPF 10x25. Technical Parameters of Synth Slim, Acoustics – NRC 0.4 (Minimum), Fire (Class) – A. Supply & installation of Anutone Salon Sonator or equivalent made of pinewood E1 grade fiberboard, melamine laminated finish, FR Grade, size 1220x2440x17mm, square edge, volume density of base board 750Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using Anutone Strut framework system and Anutone Strut Z bar. Anutone Strut framework system includes Anutone Strut CC25 having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 35, depth 20mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned vertically in a regular manner at 600mm c/c. Anutone Strut Z bar having 40mm height, thickness 1mm is first fixed behind the panels by using suitable fasteners. Another length of Strut Z bar are then installed over Strut CC25 horizontally at spacing so as to match with Strut Z bar at rear of Sonator. Salon sonator panels of size 1220x2440x17mm are then slided into the Strut Z bar fixed on Strut CC25. Long edges of panels should be perpendicular to Strut Z bar and Short edges of the panel are staggered. Technical Parameters Fire (Class) – 1 & P, Acoustics – NRC 0.25. Supply & installation Anutone Slats / ARMSTRONG G-13 (LG 1012)/ G-21 (LV 1004) or equivalent brand made of pinewood fiberboard,Melamine laminated finish, groove perforated slats L16-2 - backlined with black acoustical fleece, tongue-groove edge for a seamless look, of size 128x2440x16mm thick having base density 800Kg/m3, weight 12Kgs/m2 installed by using GI strut system. The GI strut system includes GI Cross channel (CC25) having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50mm, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened vertically/horizontally at every 600mm centers. Aluminium core cross channel (CC18) having thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & centre brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the CC10 with the help of fasteners at every 400mm centers. Slats of size 128x 2430x16mm in then fixed perpendicular to CC18 with suitable edge & centre brackets. Contractor to provide expansion joints of 3mm at every 5mtrs bothways. Panels shall be backlined with acoustical infill of Anutone Synth PF 5x25mm thick adhered to the wall using Stick 7 adhesive. Technical Parameters : Core Variants - Pinewood E1 Fibreboard, Fire – Class 1 & P, Acoustics - NRC 0.5 (Minimum). Providing and fixing 18mm thick plywood complete with necessary screws etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Electrical works:

Supply of 3 TR Cassette type (top end) inverter Air conditioner comprised with one number indoor cooling coil unit, one number outdoor condensing unit fitted with rotary/Scroll compressor suitable to install in the existing different type false ceiling along with cordless LCD Remote & other accessories and suitable to operate on Three phase, 440V ±10%, 50Hz, AC power supply as complete as required. (As per AAI list of approved makes )

Supply of 5 Star rating fully inverter split type Air conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity fitted with rotary compressor suitable for wall mounting operation with cordless LCD/LED Remote, Auto restart operation, connecting copper refrigerant pipes (with suitable nitrile insulation including charging of suitable refrigerant gas, 3C x 4 Sq.mm copper pvc cable, drain pipe) up to 3Mtr. and suitable for operating on 230V ±10%, 50Hz, Single Phase, AC supply including mounting stand, control wiring, thermostat, washable synthetic air filter etc. complete as per site requirement and capable of performing Cooling, Dehumidifying, Air Circulating, Filtering functions etc. as required (As per AAI list of approved makes )

Supply and fixing of Extra Refrigerant copper piping for 3TR A.C of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with suitable thermal Insulation and Electrical Cable of size 4 Core x 4 Sq. mm copper conductor for connection from indoor to outdoor unit and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete as required. (Two lengths of suction and discharge piping and one length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item)

Supply and fixing of hard PVC drain pipe connection from indoor to outside of wall including bends necessary accessories for connection etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning 3 TR inverter type cassette AC units including providing suitable MS support from ceiling and mounting stand for outdoor unit and all necessary accessories for installing the AC units as per manufacturer recommendations, charging of suitable refrigerant gas, connection and interconnection of power supply, drainage pipes, etc., complete as per site requirement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 5 Star rating fully inverter split type Air conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity job including installation of mounting stands of Indoor and out door units, charging of suitable refrigerant gas and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete as per site requirement.

Supply and fixing of 4KVA, 12Amp / 150V-290V Digital electronics voltage stabilizer of wall mounting type with Instant Start and Intelligent time delay provisions suitable for 1.5TR Split AC units.
