(reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out exiting benching for and forming brancg channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed aggregate smooth finishing, and reforming benching as required 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry Soakage wells excavation in any type of soil , foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 walls of honey combed and solid brick work in CM ( 1:4) , RCC cover slab Type A-1 ( 1:1.5: 3 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bar @ 120 mm C/C , filling with brick bats, complete of size 1.20 mx4.50m depth complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing No TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonery valve pit of size750x750x900mm (internal dimensions) with brick work of sub class 'B' old size bricks built in cement morter 1:4 and 10mm thick rendering on internal and exposed external surface and including 40x40x6mm mild steel angle frame 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet cover in two Nos shuitters with handle and locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate make Navtal including painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) and making good of broken part on chajja, chimany, roof projection etc or recasting after dismantling broken portion including providing benching over chajja from junction of wall and chajja to end of projection and making good to match with existing surface of wall including necessary form work in different qtrs of cantt area complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out at height . The contractor shall make necessary arrangement of scaffolding and ensure safety of Labours.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and in any position etc, by scrapping, brooming, washing with water and removing rubbish to a distance not exc 250 m complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) on concrete surface of roof / parapet, apply and including a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg /sqm, apply and including a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/ sqm, and material & labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight not less than 3.6Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( Wt not less than 150 gms /sqm ) laid by forced application with over lap of minimum 100 mm and the overlap sealed/fused by by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per manufacturer's instructions and finally it will be finished with coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre/ sqm as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified .

Material andlabour for construction of Septic tank excin soft/ distengrated rocks, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all round / fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame, vent shaft and sludge chamber etc complete 25 users as per drawing no TD-217, sheet 17 to 7/7 of HQ CEBZ Bareilly complete all as specified and directed.
