Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil

M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L PCC in surface channels and drains type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality

Taking down plaster on brick or stone wall, ceiling etc incl racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.etc.

M&L for external rendering 20 mm thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 5 mm thick plaster rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on old wall surface including preparation of surface.including washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 450X300X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile incl 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M & L Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as per Specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M & L Fair finished Square, rectangular or polygonal Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, columns and stanchions.

S&F Rolled Steel Sections as in tubular trusses, Vertical posts(ISMB sections) etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surface at contractor workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R polypropyline random copolymer concealed pipes of size 32 mm outer dia of SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilised and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropyline random fittings fixed complete to laid in trenches complete all as specified including all fittings etc .

Material & Labour for making connection of 16 to 40 mm bore PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main by providing and fixing Tee including cutting and making fusion joint complete all as specified .

Supply & Fixing PP-R Gate valves of size 32 mm outer dia of pipes (Brass insert) with iron wheel head screwed down iron pipe complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing PP-R Gate valves of size 25 mm outer dia of pipes (Brass insert) with iron wheel head screwed down iron pipe complete all as specified.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) B1 type using 20 mm graded coarse stone aggregate for repair work in road cutting portion complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for constraction of 230mm thick bnrick masonary valve chamber built in CM 1:6 of valve pit of size 450x450x 700mm (internal size) with 100mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 100mm offset,15mm thick plastering internally and 15cm below GL externally in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover ,double door welded to 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron fram fixed with hold fasts in PCC 1:2:4 tyupe B1 coping 50mm thick, 20mmx6mm flat iron hinges with loocking arrangement including lock 65mm brass and keys, MS handies and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil / rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation and testing of centrifugal pump motor assembly coupled with each other (Monobloc type),25x25mm suction and delivery, head range 6-48 Mtr, dicharge 950 LPH , Suc x Del Pipe size 25 x 25 mm, of capacity 1 HP/0.75 KW, Single phase, 230 volt high speed 3000 rpm Monoblock pump set complete mounted on base frame work all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Connection the suction side of pump with the galvanised iron, 25mm bore suction pipe including providing fittings such as reducing taper, socket, elbow, etc complete in all respect and as per site requirement. (b) Connection the delivery side of pump with the galvanised iron, 25mm bore delivery pipe including providing fittings such as redicing taper, socket, elbow etc. (c) Making the electrical connection of induction motor with starter.

Supply, laying and fixing Pipes galvanized, "Medium Grade", with all fittings , laid in trenches/ floor/air/on piller of 25 mm bore including all necessary fittings and specials such as bends, tees, unions, reducer, flanges & plug etc and including level supported by clamps, hangers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwiese specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work.
