Releasing chain from the counter weight

OD12354/2022-2023:Releasing broken chain from left side of the counter weight incluiding all lead, lift, labour and hire charge of machinery etc complete as per the direction of the department officer at site

OD12355/2022-2023:Releasing chain from the right side of the counter weight incluiding all lead, lift, labour and hire charge of machinery etc complete as per the direction of the department officer at site

Positioning lifting and arresting counter weight

OD12357/2022-2023:Leveling the counter weight by lifting up the counter weight side with broken chain using chain blocks, ropes etc.

OD12356/2022-2023:Lifting and arresting the counter weight using wire rope and clamps including cost of all materials, labour tools and plants etc complete as per the direction of Deptl officers at site

Dismantling, checking, overhauling and refitting of boggie wheels

OD12359/2022-2023:Removing the boggie wheels from the gate and conveying it to safe place for checking and dismntling the damaged rubber seal including all lead and lift

OD12360/2022-2023:Reconditioning, checking, Overhauling, assembling ,resetting and fixing the thrust roller already dismantled from the old shutter by replacing the Oil seals, O rings, gaskets, grease nipple, bolts and nuts, to the bogie wheel unit of the newly fabricated shutter including cost of all materials, machineries, labour, all lift and lead,incidental and conveyance charges.
