Dismantling and removal of existing car shed and scooter shed (approx. 36.5 m length), including debris disposal and site clearance.

Car shed work Car Shed Fabrication & Roofing: Providing, fabricating, and installing complete car shed structure including: • 100 mm GI round pipe columns fixed in excavated pits (700 mm depth × 500 mm width) with RCC foundation (1:1½:3 mix). • 75 mm × 37.5 mm, 16-gauge GP rectangular pipe trusses. • 50 mm × 25 mm, 16-gauge GP square tube support members. • 25 mm × 25 mm, 16-gauge square pipe purlins (Apollo, Bushan or equivalent quality tubes). • 0.45 mm powder-coated aluminium trafford roofing sheets with matching ridge sheets (Hindalco, Everlast, or equivalent approved brand). • 150 mm gutter clamp fixing and PVC gutter fixing and downpipes on both sides. Surface preparation, one coat epoxy primer, and two coats enamel paint. Size: Approx. Length 39 meter x width 6 meter x height 2.55 meter roof bottom (2517 sq.ft.).

Basement work Works: Cement concrete block masonry (Bricks 300mm x 150 mm x 200mm), plastering, earth filling, PCC flooring/concreting, and all associated finishing works. Area measured up to roof bottom level (approx. 323 sq.ft.).

Flooring Work Supplying and laying vitrified floor tiles (300 mm × 300 mm) approved make (Johnson, Kajaria, Somany, or equivalent), fixed with suitable adhesive and joint filling materials. Includes all labour, materials, cutting, and finishing. complete Area including ramp: 39 m × 5.5 m ( 2351 sq.ft)
