Construction of approach Road connecting from 4-Lane Bankibahal Kanika PWD road to Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya at Kamlaga , Hemgir Block in the District of Sundargarh for the year 2025.26

Road Proper Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes shrubs saplings and trees girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used for auctioned up toa lead of 1000mt. including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness

Cutting in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing materials within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing as per direction and specification of the department including stacking the useful materials separately as ordered

Loosening, levelling and compacting the original ground supporting the embankment to facilate the placement of the first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rollingradelevel watered, graded and compacted in layers, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.2 for embankment construction and clause 305 as per MoSRTH Specification for Road and Bridge work.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lifts ,transporting to site by mechanical means with a lead of 5 Kms ,spreading,grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300 - 2 and clause 305 of MoSRT & H (4th revision ). (A/R P/157 item 35 )

Construction of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material Grading -IV material as per table 401 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRTH specification for road and bridge work ( 5th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surfaceof granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per Clause- 502 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared bituminous surface using mechanical means as per Clause- 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision).

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of VG 30 grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-504 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Construction of shoulder by providing Granular material spreading in uniform layers not exceeding 225mm watering and compacting to the required density at OMC, and compacting withvibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including reflector using glass beads @ 250 gram/Sqm. Area thickness 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC -35. The furnished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67 made of High Intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over Aluminioum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed tothe ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x45cmx 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per drawing etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. 90 Cm equilaterial

Cement Concrete (1:3:6)using 40mm size hard granite metal including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost of all materials labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

R.C.C. M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P but excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement complete. Drain bed

Labour for laying pipes of NP-3 1000mm dia in proper position with collar joints with cement mortar 1:3 complete including cost of pipes and collars etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Rough Stone dry Packing in aprons and revetments with hard granite stone ( 15cm to 30cm ) including cost of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Painting 2 coats with any approved paint in parapet of road works including cleaning the surface, cost of paints, cost of all labour, T&P, etc complete in all floors as per direction of E.I.C.
