Material & labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for re-writing or repainting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high with thick paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, ceiling, chajja, roofs, AC sheets roof by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc, washing, rubbing down and stopping of previously untreated/painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for removal of entire old paint from steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described, by using paint removers and cleaning the surfaces with scrapers, any number of coats, and preparation of surfaces to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for flush pointing to squared rubble stone masonry, coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete/stone masonry surfaces in ceiling including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic distemper, white or tinted, over and including a coat of primer with alkali resistant and including a coat of Birla white wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Ser Item No 01 to 26 :- The rates quoted by the tenderers shall deemed to be included for works in the buildings/structures up to any height.
