Manning & Operation of water supply installation in two shifts (7 days in a week incluidng sundays and holidays) by deploying one operator and one helper per shift to run the pumps and operate DG set (installed adjacent to pump house) in the event of power failure as and when required including checking and proper functioning of plant/DG set components etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The installation comprising of the following plants/ equiptments (RV area Pump House). (i) Centrifugal pump set 50 HP-04 Nos (ii) Centrifugal pump set 40 HP - 02 Nos (iii) Liquid Chlorine Dozer - 01 No (iv) Submersible pump set/borewells - 06 Nos (installed within 01 Km distance of installation) (v) DG set 125 KVA - 01 No. TIMING OF SHIFTS:- (a) First Shift - 0400 Hrs to 1200 Hrs (One Operator & One helper) (b) Second Shift - 1200 Hrs to 2000 Hrs (One Operator & One helper)

Manning & Operation of swimming pool and filtration plant in two shift by deploying one operator to run the pump and operation of filtration plant and carrying out minor repairs for smooth functioning of plant including checking and proper functioning of plant/swimming pool etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The installation comprising of the following plants/equipments (RV area swimming pool). (i) Centrifugal pump set upto 5 HP-05 Nos (ii) Dozing pump set - 02 Nos (iii) Filtration plant - 04 Nos TIMING OF SHIFTS:- (a) First Shift - 0400 Hrs to 1200 Hrs (One Operator) (b) Second Shift - 1200 Hrs to 2000 Hrs (One Operator)

Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 700 KLD at Old Pinto Park by deploying one skilled and experienced operator for two shifts per day ( one operator in each shift of 08 hours). The scope of work as given below :- (i)Coarse and fine Bar screen chamber (ii) MBBR reactor (iii) Air blower (iv) Tube shelter (v) Sludge feed Pumps (vi) Filteration system (vii) feed pumps and raw water sewage pumps (Submersible and centrifugal) (viii) Inter connecting pipes (ix) chlorine contact tank/hypo dosing tank (x) Valves (xi) Centrifuge (xii) Electrical system/ cables/ wires and panel (xiii) Oil and grease trap (xiv) Raw water collection sump (xv) Installed machinary for treated water supply (xvi) Treated water tank installed with STP (xvii) DG set of capacity 40 KVA. TIMING OF SHIFTS:- (a) First Shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (One Operator) (b) Second Shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (One Operator)

Manning and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 430 KLD at MAP Qtrs Pinto Park by deploying one skilled and experienced operator for two shifts per day ( one operator in each shift of 08 hours). The scope of work as given below :- (i)Coarse and fine Bar screen chamber (ii) MBBR reactor (iii) Air blower (iv) Tube shelter (v) Sludge feed Pumps (vi) Filteration system (vii) feed pumps and raw water sewage pumps (Submersible and centrifugal) (viii) Inter connecting pipes (ix) chlorine contact tank/hypo dosing tank (x) Valves (xi) Centrifuge (xii) Electrical system/ cables/ wires and panel (xiii) Oil and grease trap (xiv) Raw water collection sump (xv) Installed machinary for treated water supply (xvi) Treated water tank installed with STP (xvii) DG set of capacity 40 KVA. TIMING OF SHIFTS:- (a) First Shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (One Operator) (b) Second Shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (One Operator) Notes for item No 01 to 04 : - (i) The cost of petty items required for smooth functioning of installation such as cotton waste, dhoti, grease/lubricating oil, broom for sweeping, uniform to operators, stationery for upkeep of records etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above items. (ii) The contractor shall maintain the attendance register of personnel deployed for the work and the same shall be put upto the Engineer-In-Charge as and when asked. (iii) A complaint register will be maintained by the contractor and obtain the signature of JE/ AGE E/M. Two mobile Nos and one email ID to be maintained by the contractor to communicate the complaints/breakdown. After attending the complaints the contractor will obtain the signature from the AGE E/M every day as token of complaints attended. (iv) The operator should be ITI qualified with 02 years of experience.

Notes for item No 01 to 02 (Contd...) : - (v) Contractor shall submit police verification certificates of personnel employed before commencement of works. (vi) Contractor shall provide uniform to the personnel employed without any extra cost to the Deptt. and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted of above items and for non wearing of uniform by the personnel employed by the contractor a penalty of Rs. 500.00 shall be levied per person per shift. (vii) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices. (viii) The contractor shall stick/paste safety instructions at inside the plants with the contact number of operator/mechanic. (ix) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hours per day and no workman shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hours. (x) All the provision of Contract Labout Act shall be strictly adhered to. (xi) Prior to commencement of work, copy of valid Electrical License in the name of the contractor or copy of agreement in the agency having valid Electrical License alongwith agencies Electrical Licenses shall be submitted by the contractor to the Accepting Officer through Engineer-in-Charge. In case contractor does not possess valid Electrical License & he intends to get such work executed through agency having valid electrical license & whom he has agreement, prior approval of such agency shall be got done from Accepting Officer. Copy of license shall be kept on record by Engr-in-Charge for future reference (xii) For absence of manpower on any manning day a recovery of twice the amount of existing minimum fair wages of the particular category shall be recovered from the contractors dues.

Notes for item No 01 to 02 (Contd...) : - (xiii) The contractor/firm will have to make payments to their staff / employees by cheque or through NEFT in their bank account. No payment to contractor / firm will be made, unless proof of payment of wages through bank account is submitted by the contractor / firm. (xiv) The Government of India vide their Notification No F.No 1/36(3)/2019-LS-II dated 23 Sep 2019 has notified minimum fair wages to be paid to the labour. The rate analysis has been done based on minimum fair wages which is kept in the office of GE. If the contractor quotes rates less than minimum fair wages, then the fixed deposit of the difference amount rounded up near one thousand i.e. Amount based on Rate Analysis prepared on minimum wages Minus (-) Quoted Rates by the contractor, will be deposited for a period of 05 years before Acceptance in favor of GE (AF) Palam, Delhi Cantt. The Accepting Officer has full power to accept any tender as per rates in vogue. The rates quoted by the tenderer shall include the above provisions and nothing extra will be paid on these accounts.
