Servicing of HT panel , detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components after drawout of VCB trolly and Testing for smooth operation manual/ remote after caliberation of relay trough OEM of VCB/Test wing of UPPCLand resetting & generation of testing report by the primary injection set for 11 KV VCB for OC/EF ,parameter of relay setting for healthy system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Worn out minor parts shall be deemed to included in quoted rate. (ii) Major parts shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only following spare parts for VCB of any make all as specified :-

(a) Spring Charging Motor of VCB 110 V-230 Volt AC supply for the opening and closing of contacts complete all as required and directed at site complete all as per sample.

(b) Indicating lamp LED complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Space heater 60 watt 230 Volt AC supply with thermostat complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Digital multifunction meter 96x96 mm Range 0-300-150 /A Model type 3 phase 4W EN 8400class 1.0, aux supply 110Volt with RS 485 port complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Digital Voltmeter (0 to 12 KV size 96x96 mm class 0.5 , PTR 11000/rt3/110/rt3 complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal boring under Road, pavement, hard standing complete for inserting GI pipe light grade of size 80/100 mm dia all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid seperately

M & L for 80 mm dia of Tubes light grade galvanised with all fitting laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and as directed.

Detection of pin point fault in HT cable 33 KV (burried in ground/under road/path up to depth of 1.5 m) by cable fault locating machine comprising impulse generator,acoustic fault locator and reflectometer (laptop based) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes-(i) Cable fault locating machine to be arranged at site with in 12 hrs after intimation (ii) Earth work will be measured seperatly. (iii) Cost of transpotation in unit rate is deemed to be included.

Supply and laying or fixing jointing and testing 11 KV (E) system XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ISI 7098 marked with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts ( earthed), laid under floor/ground or fixed on wall complete of cable size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Laying , jointing and testing OLD 11 KV (E) system XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables( heavy duty) ISI 7098 marked with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts ( earthed), laid under floor/ground or fixed on wall complete of cable size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of 33/11 KV Main Receiving Station switch yard including preparation of surface of Steel Structure , removal of dust etc and applying two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Handling, transportation of transformers of capacity 1000 KVA of any make, model & type including hoisting, taking down from pole (pole mounted) or plinth mounted by any means mechanically pulley/mechanical crane, transportation to workshop for repair/maint. Reinstallation of Transformer in position pole mounted/plinth mounted including connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Handling, transportation of transformers of capacity upto 500 KVA of any make, model & type including hoisting, taking down from pole (pole mounted), plinth mounted by any means mechanically pulley/mechanical crane, transportation to workshop for repair/maint. Hoisting/lifting and fixed in position pole mounted/plinth mounted including disconnecting and connecting all cable, earth lead, clamps and channels etc as per site requirement complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If any damage to transformer/OH line/cables occur during handling, transportation or during hoisting/lifting, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Disconnecting the transformer of capacity 63 to 500 KVA indoor/outdoor from HT/LT side carefully at site, for top overhauling of transformer dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strips and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, supply and replacing the 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover, repair of transformer oil leakages from HT/LT bushing,and reassembling the complete, reconnecting the HT/LT supply cable ends at the site and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for changing of Old / Burnt Copper HV winding by new EC grade copper coils with complete including insulation material of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for changing of Old / Burnt Copper LV winding by new EC grade copper coils including striping out of Insulation of LV Windings and reinsulation of Coil with insulating material of transformer for any type and capacity of transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for opening of top cover and allied parts of transformer of cap up to 500 KVAlifting of Core for repair , preheating charges for copper coils, assy of core coil assy including assy of copper coils, Tapping connections , insulation on Tap leads with insulation paper ,star connection by new EC grade copper on HV & LV side ., Baking charges for transformer job for each proper IR value in vacuum Chamber ( Auto Clave ) , refitting of HV / LV bushing and transformer accessories with top cover, M& L for painting of transformer tank having hot oil resistant paint inside complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Transformer oil having di-electric strength of 40 to 60 KV as per IS complete for top up/ replacement all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Oil should be supplied in sealed barrel of Power/Transol brand) Note: oil shall be filled in the transformers/stabilizers to be repaired or installed at site at different locations.

Dehydration/Filteration of transformer oil at site by means of centrifuging machine in order to improve dielectric strength of oil as per IS-355. Breakdown voltage should not be less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LV porcelain bushing of transformer 1.1KV/250 Amp with metal parts brass as per IS 3347 part iii and 4 Nos hexagonal nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hammer tone spray painting of transformer 11 KV/433 volts indoor/outdoor type of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA, including cleaning, scraping of exposed surfaces with shade as approved including writing MES number and machine number with black paint, letters 15mm wide and 50mm height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing set consisting of 3 HV-Back up fuse Link for three phases indoor type conforming to IEC 60282-1 suitable for fixing in 11 KV RMUs Make ABB (for load up to 250 KVA) of current rating (capacity) 25A having short circuit rating not less than 63KA Make ABB Cat No 1YMB531035M0004 complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Pruning of trees and branches along the HT/LT over head electric lines, surrounding of LT/HT poles, panels Sub-STN bldgs & transformers at different location, should be cleared upto 3mtr of outer edge of assests & removing/disposal of branches out side the line area including Re-stretching, restraining ACSR conductor laid over, OH LT/HT line on steel/PCC poles after removing the binding from insulators, lowering the ACSR conductor or broken OH line due to any reason, jointing the broken conductor, Re-winding the ACSR with insulators including providing binding wire, jumpering & connecting the existing service cables after re-stretching/Re-straining to OH line & removing unavoidable sag in the lines, complete all as specified. Note : Span of OH line will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for Cleaning of the area with removing the green grass patches /Bushes/small ornamental plants/herbs from the complete area of 33 KV receiving station with suitable T&P and covering the area with suitable peables of suitable size dressing/cleaning the area complete and afterwards sparying the complete area with suitable herbicide to stop the growth of weeds and grass as desired and directed by Engr-in-charge.( Note: the complete Job will be done only after taking proper shut down of 33 KV HT Line. Shut Down will provided by the Dept. with Liasion of SED.) Note: Rate of cleaning of area to be done once in a three months is seemed to be included in quoated rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm size (upto 7.5 metre from ground electrode) by means of copper/brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule Part-I, connected to earth test terminal block and testing on completion with and including 40mm bore light grade GI protection pipe for strip upto plingth protection, PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1, with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars 3Nos. both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub class 'B' brick for covering to under ground cable laid flat transversally width equal to the lenth of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old serviceable brick for covering to under ground cable laid dry, flat transversally width equal to the length of the cable all as specified and directed.

Taking down of HT cable 70 to 240 Sqmm, 3 core from trench/panel/wall for locating the fault and relaying the same after rectification of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respectve items of BOQ
