Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation footings, bases of columns and mass concrete including carriae of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specification approved drawing, design, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M- twenty) mix design to obtain the minimum ccompressive strength of 20N/mm2 (Twenty Newton per square millimetre) with minimum cement contents not to mix less than 330 kg (Three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre to give a smooth surfaces mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footings, bases of columns and the like mass concrete in all depths/thickness upto all floors levels as per specifications approved drawing, design as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-Incharge including carrige of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Damp Proof Course 100mm (One Hundred milimetres) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4((one cement: two sand: four graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm (Twelve decimal five milimetres nominal size) and curing complete, as required at site including carriage of materials within all heights leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved specifications, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including incidents. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen mexphalt 80/100 (Eighty/Hundred) or equivalent using 1.70 Kgs. (one decimal seven zero Kilogram) per square metre on Damp Proof Course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil; including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved specification drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. The rate inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

40cm (Forty centimetres) thick stone walls in squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) with recessed square cut pointing 1x1cm (One into one centimetres) from out side and raking out joints complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts (deep recessed sqaure cut pointing 1x1cm (One into one centimetres) on stone wall to be measured and paid for seperately) and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five milimetres) thick factory made Kit Ply/Alpro or its equivalent shutters both side commercial i.e non-decorative (Phenol bonded termite resistant and boiling water proof, core of black-board construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matche commercial 3 (three) ply veneer with vertical grains cross band and face veneer on both faces of flush doors with EPDM gasket complete as per specifications approved drawing and design including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals design and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. Providing and fixing second class deodar wood 40mm (Forty millimetres) thick Fly wire mesh shutters using galvanized S.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G (Eighty five G) with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point five six millimetres) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished/black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws complete as per specifications, drawing, design including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for frame of doors, windows, ventilators and glazed partitions No. S2965 Size 125x42.4x1.4mm (One hundred twenty five into forty two point four into one point four millimetres) of Jindal/Hindalco aluminium or its equivalent with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etcetera. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. Angle iron section 25x25x5mm (Twenty five into Twenty five into Five milimetres) thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle 25x25mm (Twenty five into Twenty five milimetres) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means, lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm (Two decimal Five milimetres) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface complete in all respect as per specifications, approved drawing, design including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. Providing and fixing hard drawn aluminium wire fabric 75x25mm (Seventy five into twenty five millimetres) mesh of weight not lees than 7.75 kg (Seven point seventy five kilograms) per square to window frames etcetera. including 60x20 mm (Sixty into twenty millimetres) beading of aluminium complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
