PID-115, Protection to Bhargovi right embankment from RD 53.500Km. to 53.700Km. (Working RD 59.100Km. to 59.400Km)

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials, up to a lead of 1000 mtr. Including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Premeasurement to be recorded prior to execution)

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil by manual means/mechanical means with all leads, lifts & delifts including leveling and dressing the foundation bed upto design bed level and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area including breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtr. in depth including bailing out water and dewatering if required etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base Grading - III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density. Complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause-406 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes, cess etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate pof 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MOSRT & H specification for road and bridge works including cost, carriage, royality and all other taxes of materials to the site of work etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing & laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using specified grading-II 19mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premix with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 3.3% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to worksite laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty cess & taxes of all materials including labours & hire charges of T&P materials required for the work hire & running charges of machainaries etc. Complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying of 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with bath type hot mix plant using specified grading-II 10mm nominal size hard granite crusher broken chips, premix with bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 5.00% of the weight of the mix, transporting the hot mix to worksite laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT & H specifications for Road & Bridge work (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty cess & taxes of all materials including labours & hire charges of T&P materials required for the work hire & running charges of machainaries etc. all complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas except sand, sandy and slushy soil and transportation of excavated earth by mechanical /manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts including breacking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth over the properly prepared surface including uprooting stumps with cost of hire and running charges of transport vehicle, T&P, royality and all other incidential charges etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The earth should be arranged by the bidder at his own cost and royality will be deducted as applicable). Measurement will be taken on finished level section.)

Collecting, supplying of good quality platerite moorum in regular box heaps of size 1.50mx 1.50m x 0.50m to be measured as one cum and laying on road surface in layers to the required thickness not exceeding 100mm with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour including watering and consolidated with PRR with hire and running charges of all machineries etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
