Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 metre wide for taking out/ laying pipe line etc. and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron sluice valve suitable for 100mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron sluice valve suitable for 80mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle spindle, CI gate with brass nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing rewinding and refixing of sewage disposal motor capacity of 5.5 HP at sewage installation, opening of motor,cutting removing old burnt winding coils ,cleaning filling the starter slots necessary mechanical works for shaft/bearing housing/mechnaical seal/volute/ volute base, greasing/oiling all moving parts , rewinding with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper conductor including winding with fibre cloth/PVC insulated winding paper, superior quality varnishing, servicing/replacement of pump including replacement of spares , lifting eye bolt, cable gland, protection tube, cable seal, terminal board, cable bracket, brearing cover, double mechanical seal,tie for stand,support bracket, guide shoe, moisture sensor, potting cup, Gland iron box,S & F Duck foot bend, hose clip ball bearings, thermal over load protector, hose nipple, shaft bleaching, two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting on body , suitable mains connections from coil to terminal box,preparing and inserting coil running/starting winding interconnecting, fixing, soldering, jointing, heating, drying up coils, connection at site, to and for transportation, testing at site and satisfactorily running all as specified and directed . Note :- (a) Lifting the moter & lowering after reapir shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Trnasportaion form site to workshop and back to site shall be included in quoted rates.

Note:- Required T&P such as lifting chain – pulley block and tripod (not less than 2 ton capacity and 40 feet lifting arrangement portable type ) and other lifting arrangement shall be deemed included in quoted rate (b) Minor repair shall be made and including in quoted rates.
