For the year 2026-27 1) SPMC Hospital OTs - 5.5TR x 20 Nos = 110 TR 2) SPMC Recoverys - 8.5TR x 4 Nos = 34 TR 3) Linac - 8.5TR x 1 No = 8.5 TR 4) GE Ward OPD - 8.5TR x 6 Nos = 51 TR 203.5 TR

Scope of Work:To under take service & Repair the plant for one year during normal working hours by carring out. a).Quarterly checkup of filter & belts and replacemnt if necessery b).Quarterly check up & servicing the plant. c). Attendig to plant when called for. d).Descaling/Cleaning of condencers & Chemical cleans of cooling coils when found necessery. e). Replacing/ overhauling the components of the equipment at site/ in service center including replacement of worn-out parts when found necessery. f).Replacing refrigerant required as a result of a leak in the system arising out of fair wear &tear. g). Lubricating the bearings of motors pump and fans when found necessary. h). Quarterly inspecting belts, adjusting of tension and replacing worn-out belts. i). Painting the equipment covered under this scheme yearly. Note : Service reports of AC units must be sent to the O/o Divisional Engineer (Elec) - II and concerned Dy.Exe.Engineer (Elec) - SBH,/AE/AEE soon after each service.
