Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Each Bidder shall submit only one proposal. Participating in more than one proposal will lead to disqualification.

Bidders must bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of proposals.

Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted electronically through the unified e-Procurement platform.

A Bidder may be disqualified if any information is found to be false or misleading.

Information related to evaluation and awards shall not be disclosed until the winning Consultant has been notified.

An Earnest Money Deposit declaration shall be submitted with the bid.

Within 7 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful bidder shall deliver a performance security.

All the Minimum Eligibility criteria documents as specified in the tender document are mandatory

3 Eligible Assignments of minimum of Rs. 50.00 lakhs each (Must have provided PR Agency services/Integrated Communications covering various media (Print/TV/Radio/Online/Outdoor) - 30 marks and Additional Eligible Assignments of minimum of Rs.25.00 lakhs (Five marks for each eligible assignment up to maximum of 20 marks) - 20 marks

Work Done Certificate

Team Leader - 10 marks, PR Expert -1 and 2 - 5 marks and Programme manager, Marketing Manager, Creative Director - 5 marks

Others -- Candidates resume and experience certificates

Understanding the assignment, approach, planning and methodology (based on technical proposals and presentation submitted by the Bidders)

Others -- A detailed presentation with approach, planning and Methodology as specified in the tender document
