Material & Labour for cleaning of semi under ground sumps by an approved cleaning agency single time each sump in 06 (six) month of storage capacity of water exc 1.00 lakhs gallons throughly by removing mud silt, vegetation, shurbs leafs and grits etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of writing for date of cleaning with black syenthetic enamel paint on white shade base on semi under ground sump deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

All as per Srl Item No. 1.00 here-in-before but storage capacity of water 0.50 lakhs to 1.00 lakhs gallons.

Material & Labour for cleaning of overhead Reservoir internally & externally by an approved cleaning agency of any height, but storage capacity of water exc 1.00 lakhs gallons complete all as specified and directed.water throughly by removing mud silt, vegetation, shurbs leafs and grits etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of writing for date of cleaning with black syenthetic enamel paint on white shade base on overhead reservoir deemed to be included in quoted unit rate

Material & Labour for Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of joint/crack present at site over joint/ crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the joint/crack over RCC structure to be repaired complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for drilling holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 400 mm in staggered manner or along the joint & crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm nozzle compatible with injection of grouting mix and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or Fosroc -Nitobond PC or Berger HS epbond to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sealing exposed 'V' groove, 10mm wide and 30mm deep with moisture insensitive epoxy putty Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive in ratio 1:1 to achieve strength as per manufacturer instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

Material & Labour for injection grouting of construction joints with non shrink cement slurry admixed with epoxy grouting Conbextra GP of M/S Fosroc Chemical or SikaGrout -214 IN or Berger HS Super grout @ 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to a groove of size 12mm X 12 mm, Nozzle at 300 mm C/C including of opening of cracks to be grooved of size 10mm X 10mm fixing of nozzles with fast setting plugging compound Renderoc plug, cutting the extra length of nozzle after grouting all in complete as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding as required and as per the directions of Engineers incharge complete all as specified and directed. Seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F(l) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. (b) Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.
