Repairs to 400 mm dia M.S rising main at lift irrigation scheme ijara at 03 leaking spots by way of cutting, welding, belting etc on cracked portions by using M.S flat plate bar of 5mm thick and 40mm width of suitable length to cover the circumferential cracks. The edges of the M.S flat bar shall be welded using superior quality electrodes to make joint strong and leak proof. .The job also includes the charge on a/c of repairs to 400mm dia M.S reflex valve fitted in the rising main which shows leakages of water. The job includes the charge on a/c of p/f of nuts & bolts R.I cloth for top inspection plate to make it leak proof.The job shall also includes the charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, skilled labours, earth excavation for completing the repair work. All the tools and tackles required for completion of job shall be arranged by the contractor after conducting repair the rising main shall be tested on full load. The job also includes charges on account of dragging of above mentioned equipments from road side to working site for the completion of job.
