Earth work in rough excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) including getting out in all kinds of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kinds of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundation fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25(Design Mix) with 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beamsand similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for use & waste of Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) of M-25 grade (20mm graded stone aggregates) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footing; including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 8 above but 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material n exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia size of mesh 20mm fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Hand packing (any thickness) of broken stone or boulders at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for forming embankments of soils including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting/filling using power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne, including filling in soft spots, depressions etc which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient etc including watering before or during rolling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 150 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stones of range 100mm to 50mm, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled with power roller 8/12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 150mm thick compacted thickness Water Bound macadam (in two equal layers each layer to be compacted separatey) with coarse aggregate of Granite, trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Preparation of water bound macadam (WBM) surface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated in all kinds of soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavation material exc. 250m but n exc 500m & deposited where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I.

Material and labour for Brickwork with flyash brick (old size) having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sqm, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 29 but add or deduct for each 25mm girth there of over or under 30 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Flush pointing to brick wall in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.
