(f) Providing and applying water proof coating using fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces to achieve 1.5mm thick with 02 coats with interval period of 6 hours over the surface using spray/ squngee/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTM D412-90), tear resistance of 21Kn/m (ATMD624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9 N/mm2. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finished floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed. Make:- FOSROC or equivalent as approved.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (type B1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate for sub base of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.
