Taking down/dismantling carefully old Air conditioner indoor and outdoor unit of any capacity/ type/ make including all fitting/ fixture by disconnecting all electrical and S&F new 5 star rated Split Air conditioning unit Inverter type of capacity 1.5 TR consisting of outdoor unit with fan motor, hermetically sealed rotary type compressor with complete accessories and condensing unit of copper tubing complete duly connected with separately erected indoor unit with blower motor, plasma filter, inbuilt air ioniser, insulated copper tubings (suction line & liquid line) upto 5 metre suitable for 1.5 TR AC, PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core 1100 Volts (ISI marked) upto 5 metre, including wall mounting MS Stand duly powder coated painted, Gas charging, internal copper wiring, remote control complete including making opening in stone/ brick wall by cutting, drilling for placing ducts, pipes etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall as per its original specification including mounting brackets for wall/ stand to rest on slab etc, AC installed as per manufacturer’s instructions and testing on completion to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as directed. Note : (i) Old AC will be property of the department and shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard by contractor. (ii) All T&P/Vehicle for loading, shifting, unloading, etc of AC shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iii) Cost of copper tubings & electric cable upto 5 metre length shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. Copper tubings & electric cable required beyond 5 metre length shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

S&F suitable size insulated copper tubings (suction line & liquid line) suitable for 1.5 TR capacity split AC all as per AC manufacturer’s recommendation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 01 run of suction line copper tube & 01 run of liquid line copper tube and insulation shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

S&F PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable, 2.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts, ISI marked, for split AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old water cooler of any capacity and type with all fittings and Supply, install and commissioning of new Water Cooler, storage capacity 120 litres and cooling capacity 60 litres per hour, Stainless steel (SS 304) tank, anti corrosive, eco-friendly refrigerant, electric driven, single phase, 50 Hz, including 02 Nos SS/ brass CP faucets 15mm bore etc, complete fixed in position as directed including testing on completion as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified & as directed. Note : (i) Old Water Cooler will be property of the department and shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard by contractor. (ii) All T&P/Vehicle for loading, shifting, unloading, etc of Water Cooler shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply, install and testing Refrigerator, 300/315 litre capacity, 3 star rating, stabilizer free operation, double door, eco-friendly refrigerant, electric driven, Single phase, complete all as specified & as directed including taking out old existing Refrigerator. Note : (i) Old Refrigerator will be property of the department and shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard by contractor. (ii) All T&P/Vehicle for loading, shifting, unloading, etc of Refrigerator shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

S&F in repairs modular socket multipurpose 6 / 16 Amp - 2/3 pin combined, 2 module with all accessories complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete 240 V with one Single Pole MCB 20 Amps, 'C' Curve complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade cables (ISI marked), drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (ISI marked) not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size / type complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade (ISI marked) cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty PVC casing and capping double lock type (ISI marked) with accessories, fixed on wall/ceiling, including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size / type complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable and casing and capping with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

M&L for Canopy (hut type) made out of 2mm thick MS sheet with necessary cutting, made to shape, welding, etc as per requirement of canopy suitable for outdoor AC compressor unit with MS angle support structure all as directed with & including painting with two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 Single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector and modules, minimum 160 characters LCD display, Battery Charger and power supply, complete with all mounting accessories, furnished with SMF type lead Acid Battery in above panel for 24 hours backup in case of power failure, and 30 minutes in Alarm Condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, commissioning and testing of detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric/ Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS:11360, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, commissioning and testing of detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type flame detectors with UV/IR detection capacity including relay type of module, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, commissioning and testing Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 500 mtrs range complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, commissioning and testing of Fire Alarm sounders / Sirens electronic type horizontal two stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured at 1.5m with sound output Variation of + 5 db 1000m range complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, commissioning and testing of Addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.50 Sqmm 2 core PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed, multistranded copper conductor flexible cable of 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) drawn through & including new 20mm dia PVC rigid conduit (Heavy duty, ISI marked), complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 3 Core (ISI marked) fixed on wall/ pole or laid in trenches/ floor etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F Distribution Board (DB) sheet metal enclosure, SPN, 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, single door, 240 Volts, suitable for fixing MCBs, fixed in concealed or on wall as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as specified & as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4085 87 to 4085 95 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel angle cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections & MS bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed with & including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat of aluminium paint and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in stand posts, cills, steps, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable and punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground electric cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 32mm bore, light grade, ISI marked, with & including all fittings and fixed to walls / ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & as directed.
