Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

M&L Dry sand cushioning to underground cable with screened, washed river sand, including punning gently all as specified and directed. Note: - Thickness after punning will be measured for payment.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

M & L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel structure ,cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated switch (GOD) single throw single break off load type, of current rating upto 200 Amps, nine pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, nonferrous knife and spring, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dipped galvanized and nonferrous heavily tinned to withstand weather and suitable for vertical mounting with fuse unit carrier of 200 Amps rating and fuse element upto 50 Amps along with rod for expulsion fuses and 3 Nos post insulators for fuses complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 11 KV capacity and 10 KA NDC(Peak) conforming to to IEC-99.4 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply ,laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core all as specified

Supply , jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sq mm, all as specified.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured at cable of size 50 sqmm to 95sqmm all as specified Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation/ filling making good the existing surfaces with the necessary T&P as required all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay GI tubing 80 mm dia, light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as specified

S&F Cable route indicator made out of 150 mm round disc of cast iron duly written with HT/11 KV cable properly fixed with nut bolts to angle iron 40X40X5 mm length 60 cms properly grouted in ground at a depth 25 cm with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate Size 10X10X10 cm underground, including necessary excavation earthwork complete. Angle iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying for synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superceding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal RED colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved of size 25x20 cm suitable for HT cables complete all as specified

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron earth strip protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm FI with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Note: (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre length GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 0.5 Ohms. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance in not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost
