Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm & n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 Sqm eachcomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Second class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frame wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded chamfered put together with glue pinned at joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35mm Plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed

S&F Solid PVC frame of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note:- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) complete all as specified and directed

S&F factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain print PVC, ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of wood grain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as all complete as per specification and drawing.

S&F 35mm second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats all complete as specified & directed.
