Supply of AHRI certified Water Cooled Screw Chiller packaged Unit with minimum cooling capacity 250TR at VECC Bidhan Nagar. Detail specification as per WS-5 &Annexure-I.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the above mentioned item 1.01

Unloading, lifting, shifting of chiller and other items at AC Plant, VECC with necessary vehicle/Crane, riggers, including ground preparation with wooden slippers etc. as per site requirement and all other tools- tackles, lifting equipment etc. Placing of new chiller with proper safety at newly constructed foundation will be part of the contractor. Details as per WS-5 &Annexure-I.

Proving materials, labours, tools & tackles for construction of RCC chiller foundation as per OEM suggested drawing, specification and design. Scope of work includes dismantling of existing RCC foundation [approx. size 3.5m (L) x 2.7m (B) x 1.5m (H)]. Details as per WS-5 &Annexure-I.

Dismantling of 350mm Ø size existing old insulated chilled water MS pipeline with valves of AC Plant as per site and direction of engineer-in-charge. Details as per WS-5.

Dismantling of 150mm Ø size existing old insulated chilled water MS pipeline with valves of AC Plant as per site and direction of engineer-in-charge. Details as per WS-5.

Dismantling of 50mm Ø size existing old insulated chilled water MS pipeline with valves of AC Plant as per site and direction of engineer-in-charge. Details as per WS-5.

Fabrication of MS support/fixtures of Chilled water and condenser pipelines etc. using ISMB, ISMC, MS plate, MS angle, MS Pipe etc. confirming to IS standard as per site requirement for proper laying of the pipelines. Supply of MS ERW chilled water pipes Heavy Class conforming to IS3589/IS1239, complete with all fittings, bends, elbows, support and fixtures as required ,including insulation the pipes with 50 mm thick thermal insulation of TF quality Expanded Polystyrene (Thermocole) of 24Kg/m3 density and 12 mm thick sand cement (4:1) plaster trowelled smooth good finish and painted with one coat of primer and two coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint (approved color). On-site training of minimum 12 personnel for a period of five working days during working hours in operation of the chiller plant.
