Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering or plastering using polymer modified ready mix plaster mortar of fine grade Portland cement, graded sand and polymer with water soluble additives as per manufacture's specifications of approved make, on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed . Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering or plastering using polymer modified ready mix plaster mortar of fine grade Portland cement, graded sand and polymer with water soluble additives as per manufacture's specifications of approved make, on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed . Material and labour for 05 mm thick rendering or plastering in patches using polymer modified ready mix plaster mortar of fine grade Portland cement, graded sand and polymer with water soluble additives as per manufacture's specifications of approved make, on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed . Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white lime wash on surfaces of ceiling, chajjas, roof projection etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of acrylic distemper with painting roller over prepared surfaces of walls pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed .
