1 Repairing, Servicing and Periodical maintenance of Medical Vacuum Pumps -10 HP, of IR make, installed inside old gas plant room at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu. The job involves opening ofcompressor ends, supply and delivery pipeline, flanges and allied supports, joints of compressor unit. Dismantling of engine side of compressor, opening of cylinder head, pistons, rings, removing of defective items. The job includes disassembling of pistons, repair to pistons and cylinder wherever required and refitting of the pistons in place. The job further involves providing and fitting piston ring set- 1 no., suction and delivery valve set – 1 no., cylinder set – 1 no., gasket set of vacuum pump- 1 no., silencer set – 1 no., filling of new engine oil T-30-10 litres (5 litres for filling and 5 litres for topping up during DLP period) to the pump unit and re-assembling of pump unit after required repairs and testing of the same for proper functioning. The job further includes any kind minor works like foundation repair, refixing of bolt, joints repair etc. as per site requirement and as needed for smooth functioning of the vacuum pumps. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour charges, transportation and all kinds of taxes (including GST) thereof. 2 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 The job also includes repair to 10 HP induction motors of the vacuum pumpsets by way of dismantling of the motor from the base plate and block, thereafter shifting of the both motors to workshop for repair via mechanical transport. The repair of motors includes rewinding of one no. 10 HP motor by using superior quality rewinding materials, re-varnishing of both the motors, drying of both the motors in the oven, checking of the both motors’ rewinding for current leakages and rectifying the faults thereof. Assembling of the motors at workshop after fitting of the quality bearings-4 nos to both motors as per sample. Shifting of the motors to the site, fitting of the same to the base plate and coupling of both the motors to the corresponding pump blocks after proper alignment. The job also includes repair to the electrical panel of the pumpsets by way of replacing of old wornout/damaged parts with new ones including contactors of 32 A-3 nos or as per site requirement with overload protection, replacement of the damaged cable -18 m from panel to motor. Checking of the both vacuum pumpsets on full load at least for 6 hours and rectifying any faults occurring thereafter.
