Renovation of Alipur HDTW scheme through pump house, pipe line,internal wiring

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor including roof.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming & dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powered earth or local sand.

Cement concrete in foundation, floor and all sorts of RCC works with approved graded stone chips (20mm size) excluding shuttering & reinforcement if any, in ground floor .(a) 1:2:4 proportion.

Brick work in cement mortar(1:6) with 1st class bricks including raking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete.

25 mm. thick damp proof with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) (with graded stone aggregate 10 mm. normal size) and painting the top surface with a coat of bitumen [VG.40 ] using 1.7 kg. per sq.m. including heating the bitumen and cost and carriage of all materials complete.

12.5 cm thick 1st class brick work in cement mortar(1:4) in ground floor including scaffolding, raking out joints etc complete.

Hire &labour charges for shuttering with centering & necessary staging upto 4 meter using approved stout props & thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slab beams, columns, lintels, curved or straight including fitting, fixing striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shuttering.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bar, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, lintels, straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars & removalof loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking bending to correct shape placing in proper position & binding with 1.626mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every enter sectioncomplete as per drawing & direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level.ii) For Tor steel.@ 1.2% steel will be required of cement concrete . a) JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed & raking out joint or roughing of concrete surface including throating, nosing 7 drip course as necessary at ground floor.i) With (1:6) cement mortar.20mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, floor drain, door & window sill etc. complete.

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification In G.L. ( two coats)

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make &brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface if necessary.

Extra rate allowed over scheduled rate for construction of pump house of HDTW considering remote places away from town @3.00% (on item no 1.04 to 1.19) i.e Rs 152974.17

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of Sign board of MS fabricated Structure Sheet Size 2 m x 1 m x 1.5 mm thick, MS flat bar (40 mm x 6 mm) welded with frame with 2 nos. MS Angle post (45 mm x45 mmx6mm) of 2.44 m length embeded 0.6 m into 1:2:4 Cement Concrete pasting flex on the MS Sheet ( 2 m x 1 m) as approved signage. This will include Civil construction works of foundation, Painting , material , fitting fixing and labour complete as per Drawing and direction of EIC.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils with in a lead of 75 m. as directed trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre (not required shoring)

Earth work in exavation of field trenches as per designed section &alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC,RCC,ACP etc)upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soils including removing ,spreading or stracking extra earth as directrd. The item includesnecessary trimming of side trenches levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete

Earthwork in filling in tranches after laying pipe lines (PVC,RCC,ACP etc.)with good earth obtained from exavation of field trenches in layer not exceeding 225mm, including watering &ramming etc layer by layer complete(payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

Labour charges for fitting and fixing 150 mm dia Alfa-Alfa valve with 160 mm dia class-II UPVC riser pipe with the help of flanged PVC tail piece by joining the PVC end of Tail piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of tail piece and flap valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete.

Removing of Chokage due to sludge, mud, sand or any other forign materials. ii) For 200/140/11 0 mm dia PVC Pipe

Labour Charges for fitting, fixing and laying, where necessary of following M.S / G.I. / E.R.W. pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Delivery Connection) 150 mm. dia. Testing of pipe line system against leakage by filling the D.C. with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line network for at least 4 (four ) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generator, pump, tools & plants, fuel & lubricants, installation of the pump, connecting the same with pipe line network, making necessary electrical connection and dimantling all these after completion of test- all complete as per direction.

Labour charges for fitting. fixing M.S. Special bend with 160 mm X 200 mm. dia. P.V.C. reducer with the help of flanged tail-piece by joining P.V.C. end of tail-piece and 160 mm. end of reducer with coupler and flanged end of tailpiece and special bend with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts complete.

Labour charges for fitting and fixing 200mmx200mmx160 mm , 140mmx140mmx160mm, 110 mm X 110 mm X 160 mm PVC Tee with 150mm dia. M.S. extension piece by using PVC tail piece.
