Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.
Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. In ground floor including roof.
Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)
Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming & dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powered earth or local sand.
Cement concrete in foundation, floor and all sorts of RCC works with approved graded stone chips (20mm size) excluding shuttering & reinforcement if any, in ground floor .(a) 1:2:4 proportion.

Testing of pipe line system against leakage by filling the D.C. with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line network for at least 4 (four ) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generator, pump, tools & plants, fuel & lubricants, installation of the pump, connecting the same with pipe line network, making necessary electrical connection and dimantling all these after completion of test- all complete as per direction.
