Earth work excavation by mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, including all leads & lifts.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by machanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) .

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material and cleaning old brick for useable and stacking safe distance within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( As per market rate).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement, 2 Coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement, 4 Coarse sand, 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing. All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 ( 1 Cement, 1.5 Coarse sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.) & also fixing of rail on transformer foundation.

Iron work in plain such as reinforced necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of sttel and authorized over lapping shall be measured.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and sand mortar including cost of material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Plaster in 1:6 ratio with cement and sand including cost of material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

New work Distemepring with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper ( ready made ) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacture's specification one or more coats .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture .

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade old work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm ) on existing cement paint surface.

Supply and fixing of aluminium channel door of size 2.5'/3.0 x 6' complete in all respects including fabrication,rubber bendings fixing of 5mm transparent glass,panels,door hings,door handle, locking arrangment with lock etc. complete in all respect including all materials,T&P and labour etc.

Supply and fixing modular type switch with modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required 5/6 amps switch .

Supply and fixing modular type socket with modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required (6 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet) .

Supply and fixing modular type switch with modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required 15/16 amps switch .

Supply and fixing modular type socket with modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required (6 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet) .

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5 Amps celling rose on the existing junction box/wooden block including connections etc. as required .

Providing and fixing LED Tube/Bulb light fitting 18 watt , 240 volt AC. Make :- Syska/orient/Philips/Surya.

Providing and fixing Exhaust fan complete minimum 380 mm above 1400 RPM ( 150 To 250 watt) , 240 volt AC. ISI/BSI mark and ISO Certified standard company as Make :- Syska/orient/Philips/Surya etc..

Supplying and fixing 40 amps rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc as required 40 amps .

Power plug wiring in PVC conduit (2x4 sq.mm) wiring for light/power plug with 2x4 sq mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed PVC conduit, along with 1no. 4 sq mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Rewiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan pint/call bell point with 1.5sq mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required Group B.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require .White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and Fixing White Vitreous china clay half stall urinal flat back 580x380x350 mm or angle back 450x375x350 mm with waste fittings .

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type ) Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440mm .

Providing and fixing one piece construction white vitreous china squatting plate with an integral longitudinal flushing pipe, white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size G.I. / PVC flush pipe for back and front flush with standard spreader pipes with fittings, G.I clamps and C.P. brass coupling complete, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors etc. wherever required : 17.6.1 Single squatting plate with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. a) 15 mm nominal outer dia Pipes .

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. a) 15 mm dia nominal bore .

Supply and replacing of 15 mm dia tee/socket/ elbow/ bend /nipple etc for repair of pipeline complete. including supply of all material, labour and T& P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :25 mm nominal bore .

Providing fitter for Plumber service for 8 hours service in a day or part as per requirement by experienced Plumber with necessary Kit for attending minor type of all water supply defects as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing Wireman service for 8 hour‟s service in a day or part as per requirement by experienced electrician with necessary Kit (holding license and T& PaisaP) for attending all type of electrical defects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, single sockted pipes 110 mm dia.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-incharge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.
