REPAIRS TO DAMMAGE WPT AND REWIRING IN OFDR HOSPITAL

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in two-three layers from roof slab including taking out any type of cement plastering of any thickness in two-three layers from roof surfaces and removing rubbish off the premises, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & preparing the surfaces to receive plaster, all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C.

Removing building materials etc. ( other than spoil payable under items -Earthwork) to a distance of 1km , beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading & stacking at the destination, all as specified in SSR Part I & as directed by E-I-C.

M&L for provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B-o (using 12.5mm graded stone agg.) in padding/levelling layer/caping plate-form for storage tanks,with line,level,slope etc complete,all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C.

M&L screed bed 15mm thick on roof slab in c.m. 1:4 finished even, fair,& smooth to receive water proofing treatment,with line,level,slope etc complete,all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C.

Supply oil based bitumen primer for use in water proofing treatments, etc complete,all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C. Make:- M/S Tiki Tar Ltd, M/S STP Ltd.

Labour charges for applying oil based bitumen primer coat 0.30 lit/Sqm on clean and dry surface of C.C., Plaster surfaces, etc complete, all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C.

M&L required for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) land on primed surface by thermo fusion process by using gas regulated torch over roof & vertical surfaces, confirming to I.S.,all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C. Demolition of reinforced Roofs, floors ( other than ground floors ) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work etc complete,all as specified in SSR part I and as directed by E-I-C.

M & L moorum , filling , in floors or pavings , laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick , spread , levelled and rammed including watering , all as specified in SSR Part-I & as directed by EIC .

A) M & L cement concrete type C 1 , 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate ) in plinth courses , copings , plinth protection , all as specified in SSR Part-I & as directed by EIC.

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq.metre

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints of 100mm thickness of concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete, all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated soil materials exc 250 m but n exc 1 Km and depositing where directed, at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, level, spread, all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (Tubelight fittings, Exhaust fan, mounting fan/ceiling fan, socket or power ) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fittings etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. All as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as swtiches, socekts,ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and ceiling fan and regulators, etc carrying to the store All as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

M & L for One light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm size PVC single core sheathed copper cable (FRLS) in concealed PVC conduit. All as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed by Engg-In-Charge. (Make: Polycab, Havells, Finolex)

M & L for earthing complete with Galavanised steel plate electrode earthing of size 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.5 meters below ground level using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in plate No.3 and connected to the earthing test point terminal with disconnection facility, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw.
