Material and labour rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces in two layer 10mm each layer and top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified. Make: 'Plastocrete Plus' of Sika/ 'Pidiproof LW' of Pidilite for water proofing compound. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured (400x400x7 to 8 mm thick) tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) all as specified.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles (450x350x7mm thick) on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) all as specified.

M & L 80 mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compacted cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size confiroming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and incl 50 mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line 150mm bore by rodding with using sectional sewer rod / flexible sewer rod /steel rod or split bamboo stick throughly from both sides between adjacent manholes / inspection chamber to manholes of any depth and size including well flushing with water till clear flow of sewage line is observed including taking out sludge & other foreign particles from manhole & pipe lines and buried in earth pits and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1kg/sqm over the sludge before filling of earth in layer of 30 cm complete all as specified and to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified.

Cleaning of blocked sewage line 200 mm bore by rodding with using sectional sewer rod / flexible sewer rod /steel rod or split bamboo stick throughly from both sides between adjacent manholes / inspection chamber to manholes of any depth and size including well flushing with water till clear flow of sewage line is observed including taking out sludge & other foreign particles from manhole & pipe lines and buried in earth pits and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1kg/sqm over the sludge before filling of earth in layer of 30 cm complete all as specified and to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified.

All as per ser item No 31.00 above but for sewage line of 100/110mm bore. Notes for Ser item No 31 to 33 (i) Length of manhole to manholes shall be measured in these item. (ii) Cleaning of sewage line to be started from down stream side, in this operation some pipe line will be cleaned automatically and need not to be cleaned by rodding and the same shall not be measured for payment. (iii) The unit rate of the item shall be deemed to include the removal of sludge / waste water accumulated in manhole / inspection chamber due to cleaning of drain by rodding. (iv) Water required for cleaning the sewage line are the responsibility of the contractor and no extra payment will be made in this regard. (v) Cost of bleaching powder and lime deem to be included in unit rate.

Cleaning of septic tank , soakage well of any size by removing of sludge from inside the septic tank and removing to a distance exc. 250m but not exc. 500m and buried the same in to earth pits including excavation of earth pits of required size & depth, depositing & spreading of sludge, returning in filling earth over sludge with bleaching powder @ 1 Kg/sqm and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all complete as specified. NOTE : Earth to be filled over the pit over bamboo matting after sufficient absorption of liquid for a period of 48 hours and spreading of bleaching powder over the sludge before earth filling as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Cost of bamboo matting, spreading of bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and filling earth etc shall be included in the unit rate as quoted and size of pit shall be made accordingly as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The measurement of sludge shall be taken as per size of earth pit with actual depth of sludge deposited in the earth pit after initial settlement of 48 hours.

Cleaning of blocked gully trap/floor trap etc of any size by rodding thoroughyly to manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning and including remove of sludge and other materials obtained from cleaning, garbage to a pit made for this purpose and filling upto the earth complete as as specified.

Cleaning of blockages of WHB, EWC etc of any size by rodding thoroughyly to manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning and including remove of sludge and other materials obtained from cleaning, garbage to a pit made for this purpose and filling upto the earth complete as as specified.

Cleaning of blocked man holes upto 60cm depth by removing of sludge from inside and removing to a distance exc 200m but no exc. 500m and burried the same in to earth pits including excavation of earth pits of required size & depth, depositing & spreading of sludge, returning in filling earth over sludge and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m all complete as specified.

All as per item No 37.00 above but exc 0.60Metre but nexc.1.50Metre in deep complete all as specified.
