Opening (De-assembling) of the ceiling fan, 1200mm sweep for repair, removing existing burnt winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge, slot insulation, heat varnishing, greasing and re-assembling including replacement of split pin and flexible twisted copper cable of 23/0.0076 gauge and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall collect the Ceiling fan for repair from Store Yard of AGE E/M and fix the repaired fan on the location given by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Whereever required the Ball bearing, bush and capacitor shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule as "Supply only".

Taking down exhaust fan of size 300/380/450 mm sweep from existing position, cleaning, servicing, greasing, oiling and re-fixing on same position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting carefully water and electric connection from storage type water heater of 25 ltr cap of any make and dismantling for repair by taking out the syphon assembly of thermostat, heating element and cleaning, de-scaling the inner tank by de-scaling chemical compound including soldering, brazing the inner tank if required, re-assembling the geyser after cleaning & servicing and re-fixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Heating element, thermostat, air release valve, safty valve, indicating lamp and syphone assembly shall be measured and paid under relevant items as "Supply Only". (ii) The rate quoted are deemed to include cost of soldering/brazing work if required at site.
