Lime shifting and dissolution work; assistance in hose shifting, hose connection / disconnection, oil collection during filter / strainer replacement and in shifting of samples in round-the-clock shifts, which includes – • Assistance in shifting of hydrated lime from its storage area to neutralizing pit(s) in WTP, preparation and mixing of lime in water and its dosing to the pit(s), whenever required in round-the-clock shifts at any point of time. Collection of empty lime bags from its dissolution area, bundling them and their shifting to waste collection area outside of the guard house. • Providing required tools and tackles / hand pulled trolley for shifting of lime from its storage area to neutralizing pit(s) and also for shifting of empty lime bags to waste collection area outside of the guard house. • Assistance in minor field work like blinding/ unbinding of flange joints; shifting of metallic / rubber / PVC hoses; assisting in connection & disconnection as per requirement, their draining, washing, drying and stacking them back to their storage areas after use, whenever required in round-the-clock shifts at any point of time. • Assistance in draining and collection of oil during seal/lube oil systems’ filters/strainers replacement and putting it in collecting drums. • Assistance in shifting of samples with required document from their collection areas to the HWPK lab. and bringing back of empty sample bottles to operating units whenever required in round-the-clock shifts at any point of time and • Assistance in document movement.
