Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Air cooled DX Chiller of 68 TR (MIN NOMINAL CAPACITY) and unit shall consist with hermatic sealed scroll type compressors suitable for R-407c. air cooled condenser with Hydrophillic coating of aluminium fins (minimum 0.12 mm thickness) and Copper tubes, Insulated Shell and tube DX Evaporator, Micro Processor Controller as supplied by OEM as part of Chiller Package. The Unit mounted starter panel with double door construction shall be single Power point type complete with IP 55 Degree protection complete with Under/Over load, voltage, phase loss and phase reversal protection, Single Phase Preventers, communication card which can accept 4-20 mA or 2-10 V dc analog signal. The unit shall be complete with Discharge Service valves (applicable in case of Tandem Circuit only) to isolate refrigeration circuits , vibration Isolators to isolate chiller from building structure, pressure gauges Thermostatic expansion valves, solenoid valves, anti-freeze thermostats, refrigerant piping with Insulation for suction line, accessories of Safety valve, angle valve, liquid line indicator, water flow switch, Relief valve and including MS stand to install the chiller units fabricated out of suitable size of structural steel sections etc. all as per OEM. All accessories housed in a single chasis design. The noise level measured at a distance of 3 Mtr from the machine at anywhere in the plant room shall not exeed 80 dBA +-5% The chilled water type AC plant will be suitable for operation on 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply . The said Chiller package shall have stepped control based on number of compressors. The chiller shall be as per specifications. Floor Mounted Air Handling Units Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of Next Generation of Floor Mounted AHU Outdoor weather Proof Type with Thermal Break Profile, cabinet having frame work of extruded hollow aluminim sections, with 48 + 2mm thick Thermo-acoustic panel. HOT WATER GENERATOR SITC of Electric hot water generators of following capacities vertical tubular shell type fabricated from MS sheet 8mm Shell 10mm Dish ends, Top open able with sufficient number of Nut Bolts and joints shall be welded and shall be tested for working pressure of 21 kg/cm² complete with sheathed tubular electric resistance type heater elements , control panel with contactor, internal, wiring, safety controls, thermostat, IN and OUT connections, drain connection at the bottom, water flow switch and interlocking with control panel, Step Controller, Pressure Gauges with Ball Valves, Pressure relief Valve, Low Level cutout and Auto vent. Chilled/HOT Water Pumps Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of PN 16 rated Long/split coupled Vertical Inline Pumps duly factory mounted with electric motor. Pumps shall be capable of delivering 144 GPM (Actual) of water against 30 mtr head. Complete pumpset should be tested at manufacturing facility & test certificates shalll be provided by the manufacturer.
